Our 2nd stay at The resort did not disappoint. From the accommodations to the food, the pool and the play area, it was GREAT! Unbeknownst to me the room I purchased through Groupon was a suite and it was amazing and so much more than expected. From the space to the decor, it was so kid friendly, and Engaging. And the customer service was phenomenal. We encountered a personal situation and at 2 o’clock in the morning Tiffany the acting manager at that time was kind and compassionate and so responsive as was Damaris shower and Adrian. Such a great team. They made a bad situation so much better. And the customer service did not stop there. The Valet and concierge team of Jack and Mark was also equally welcoming and accommodating. Even though the golf cart was down Mark kindly drove me and my granddaughter and my daughter-in-law to Peppa Pig to spare us the heat and make it more comfortable for my granddaughter and went even further in that he also offered to pick us up and return us to the hotel. You know you made an impression when a two-year-old toddler thanks you and tells you she likes you. My granddaughter told us, I like Mark. Coming from a child, that’s priceless. It’s the little things they each did in their individual capacities that amounted to huge things that made our trip so memorable and helped us overcome our personal situation with far greater ease. And Peppa Pig park was all we expected it would be for our toddler’s 2nd visit. This family will definitely make this resort an annual trip. My two-year-old granddaughter has many years to enjoy the parks they offer and the accommodations complete the package. A must stay.
