Il nostro soggiorno a Casa de Mayte è stato incredibile! Il personale è molto accogliente e parla buon inglese. Il desk front può aiutare a pianificare e prenotare i vostri tour e guide molto facilmente. Le viste dal quarto piano erano solo respirare. Ogni giorno si sveglia alla vista di Cusco e delle sue belle montagne! Il posto comprende un delizioso colazione, letti fluffy, wifi e tutto il resto che avresti bisogno. Mi sono innamorato di questo posto e sarei sicuramente tornato presto! Grazie mille :)

Such a great hostel! Really good vibes, perfect chilling spots and very comfy beds. I was with a group of friends but it would be good for solo travellers too as we met loads of people. Very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have free yoga classes on Thursday and Friday mornings if you love yoga!! Couldn’t recommend more.

This hotel is gorgeous. It has a unique layout as it was a house in the 16th century. I had two different rooms, the junior suite and the regular corridor suite. The junior suite is incredible, and the regular room is modest in comparison but very nice as well. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is quite good, and the hotel is so clean and inviting with character. Close to most attractions, easy walking score. Guido at reception was especially inviting and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and anything I needed he took care of it. He is a gentleman and everything you could hope for from a 5 star hotel staff. Love this hotel.

The website pictures are misleading and look much nicer than it is - the room images are bright and look very hotel-like, but my room was a lot darker. It’s much more of a hostel. For 100 USD a night (without breakfast) it’s a lot, especially for a hostel. I had an early start for Machu Picchu (as I expect most guests do staying here) and yet there were some very loud banging and renovation works on my floor until 9pm and then I didn’t get to sleep until 1am due to other loud clearing up noises downstairs plus loud talking. I messaged reception at this time and they said they were asking them to quieten down. I’d booked to come back here a couple of days after my hike - if I hadn’t pre paid I would’ve definitely gone somewhere else. That said, the second time was better as I asked to stay somewhere quieter. On a more positive note, friendly reception and appreciated being able to store my luggage, helpful that the airport transfer could be arranged and great location.

My family of 4 arrived late after a long day of traveling. We were booked in a suite with 2 rooms and 4 beds. This was not the room they put us in. I ended up having to pay for another room with beds to accommodate us all. After the airlines lost our luggage, I was disappointed to find that the hotels Wifi did not work. We stayed 3 nights and had wifi one of the 3 nights. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. The price was great but I was upset that we weren't put in the room I booked. They ended up moving us the 2nd night to a room with 4 beds but that room was small as well. I honestly thought about staying somewhere else but after a long day of traveling and the stress of lost luggage , we ended up staying. I will not stay here if I return to Cusco.

Incredible, absolutely wonderful experience. Words cannot express my gratitude towards Giara,Walter and all the wonderful stop at Katharine Apt Hotel for taking such good care of me. First of all the location is very close to the airport, a nine dollar taxi ride. It is perfectly located on the main street close to everything at walking distance. Major grocery stores 11 minutes away main Plaza 10 minutes away, walking, Mercado San Pedro 15 min walking. My check in experience was a breeze. I just notified the business right next door, Peru, rail office who got Giara who is a sweet, adorable person. Right away I knew I was in good hands. She showed me my apartment which was apartment number nine. I had two beds and they were so clean. Pillows and sheets smelled impeccably clean. The place was beautiful. I had a kitchenette with a microwave and stove top. I had limited kitchen equipment, but I asked Giara to provide me with more things and she was helpful. I had piping hot water, toilet paper, and even a wonderful kettle to boil my tea. They provide you with a breakfast menu and every morning I texted her on WhatsApp to tell her what I wanted for breakfast. They had good options. It was so nice to have someone make breakfast for you. She was so sweet what really impressed me however, was for the first day I arrived in Peru I had a severe case of altitude sickness. It was so bad I seriously thought I was gonna die. I wasn’t able to walk get up or do anything so Giara called the doctor to come and visit me. Her partner Walter went to the drugstore and got me an oxygen tank and some altitude sickness pills. The doctors visit and the pills cost me $70. The doctor also gave me pills included in all this price incredible within two days I was all better and able to go to Machu Picchu. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them because I am a solo traveler. There is nothing more scary than getting sick when you’re in a foreign country thank you Giara, Walter, and all the staff at Katharine apt hotel. I will be back, and I will always stay here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco. The price is incredible, the staff go above and beyond for you, and if it rains, they even provide umbrellas! What more can you ask for? I am so grateful I stayed here. ❤️

Tenere una bottiglia in hotel, molto calda e dolce e pulita.

Carmen, la sua famiglia, e il resto del personale qui erano fantastici. Ci siamo stati un gruppo di 15 persone che rimase qui e sono stati così utili e accoglienti. Lavorano così duro e il posto è così accogliente e invitante a causa di questo. Se torno a Cusco, rimarrò qui!!

L'hotel è situato a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, tranquillo e tranquillo, ma offre un'ottima connessione alla città storica. Il ristorante ha portato un colazione impressionante ogni mattina, e ha anche un artigianato locale che vende artigianali e bevande. Il personale è estremamente utile e è stato in grado di prenotare diversi taxi per noi (tutti dei quali si sono presentati in tempo) mentre eravamo lì.
