During my stay, Franceska at the front desk exhibited remarkable enthusiasm and assistance. Not only did she graciously assist us with the check-in process, but she also generously extended our checkout time. What surprised me even more was her thoughtful gesture of preparing a birthday cake for me and my mother upon our departure. I am truly grateful for her kindness. This wonderful experience has left me with an incredibly positive impression of both Cusco and your hotel, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit. Carmen, la sua famiglia, e il resto del personale qui erano fantastici. Ci siamo stati un gruppo di 15 persone che rimase qui e sono stati così utili e accoglienti. Lavorano così duro e il posto è così accogliente e invitante a causa di questo. Se torno a Cusco, rimarrò qui!!

My family of 4 arrived late after a long day of traveling. We were booked in a suite with 2 rooms and 4 beds. This was not the room they put us in. I ended up having to pay for another room with beds to accommodate us all. After the airlines lost our luggage, I was disappointed to find that the hotels Wifi did not work. We stayed 3 nights and had wifi one of the 3 nights. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. The price was great but I was upset that we weren't put in the room I booked. They ended up moving us the 2nd night to a room with 4 beds but that room was small as well. I honestly thought about staying somewhere else but after a long day of traveling and the stress of lost luggage , we ended up staying. I will not stay here if I return to Cusco.

Wonderful staff. I came with a group tour which I had to leave due to ill health. Waiting for my travel insurance repatriation they let me stay in the room on a day to day basis (they were quiet so I know this would not be always available) but never made a fuss about it. They were also very good being a go between if my Dr or Travel company support rang and asked them to do something.

The website pictures are misleading and look much nicer than it is - the room images are bright and look very hotel-like, but my room was a lot darker. It’s much more of a hostel. For 100 USD a night (without breakfast) it’s a lot, especially for a hostel. I had an early start for Machu Picchu (as I expect most guests do staying here) and yet there were some very loud banging and renovation works on my floor until 9pm and then I didn’t get to sleep until 1am due to other loud clearing up noises downstairs plus loud talking. I messaged reception at this time and they said they were asking them to quieten down. I’d booked to come back here a couple of days after my hike - if I hadn’t pre paid I would’ve definitely gone somewhere else. That said, the second time was better as I asked to stay somewhere quieter. On a more positive note, friendly reception and appreciated being able to store my luggage, helpful that the airport transfer could be arranged and great location.

This is a beautiful building in a great location. The doormen and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with most amenities. I was however quite shocked to find paper cups in the room to drink tea from. I’ve never come across that before! I had to put one inside another so’s it didn’t bend when I picked it up. The bed was large and comfortable although it was quite noisy from very early in the morning as breakfast starts at 4.30. Breakfast was adequate although we found it hard to get orange juice. Papaya was the juice on offer . The bar and restaurant were very good. A great hotel in a great location to explore Cusco.

Such a great hostel! Really good vibes, perfect chilling spots and very comfy beds. I was with a group of friends but it would be good for solo travellers too as we met loads of people. Very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have free yoga classes on Thursday and Friday mornings if you love yoga!! Couldn’t recommend more.

Non sono sicuro di cosa stia succedendo, ma ho visto le recensioni e il rating e ho scoperto che questo sarebbe un buon posto per rimanere dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Sono entrato nell'hotel e sono entrato e mi sono preoccupato immediatamente, perché c'era una sorta di festa all'hotel e sembrava un club notturno. Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza ho capito che il modo in cui l'hotel è costruito e le pareti sono così sottili che si può sentire molto tutto dal lobby e da dove proveniva quella festa. Non mi dispiaceva chiedere di trasferirmi in un altro locale, perché la festa era così alta, non credo che sarebbe stato importante. Ho controllato alle 8:00 e la festa (sgrida, cantare, le cose sono state sbattute in qualche modo) è andata fino a circa 11:00. A quanto pare, il silenzio e il sonno non sono una priorità per gli ospiti di questo hotel! Ho avuto un volo di 6 ore il giorno dopo, così grande modo di cominciare il giorno. Anche dopo la festa, il rumore dal lobby e i lavoratori sembrano solo filtrare giusto come la festa. Penso che ci siano posti migliori per soggiornare e più centrali in città (Questo posto è isolato) Non ho mai avuto una simile esperienza in un hotel dopo aver viaggiato in tutto il mondo per oltre 14 anni e negli Stati Uniti per 25 anni.
