Relax with friends and family in a 5 bed/4 bath waterfront property that sleeps 14. 2500 sqft dock has a beautiful patio area, 2 boat lifts, and a jet ski lift. Kayak and SUP use included. Main house has a large deck with sweeping sunset views, a patio that seats 15, 2 full kitchens, and a game room. Relax on the lake with lawn games, a hammock, and a fire pit.
This is the perfect place to make lifelong memories on the lake!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Life Jackets for up to 5 Small Children Provided.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.There will be a fine of $5 per cig butt we find.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Enjoyed this lake house
Property manager was very responsive. We loved the house and the boathouse especially was perfect for playing card games while the other family members fished and enjoyed floating in the lake.

Gorgeous lake home loved our visit
This beautiful home was the perfect place to stay for our large group of 10 people. Everybody had their plenty of space and there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We had a blast taking the paddle boards and kayaks out on the lake and the dock is a quick walk down from the house and it has its own private boat house with life vests and chairs and other furniture and a wonderful place to hang out. it’s one of the favorite homes we stayed at and we hope to be back again soon. The host was lovely and communicated everything in a prompt manner and we can’t thank her enough.

Peaceful space
This home was exactly the location and size we needed when we had our daughter's wedding at our lakehouse also on Hyco Lake. It provided such a serene place for coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the beautiful yard and lake before all the chaos of a weekend wedding ensues. Jenn was absolutely wonderful in her communication with me, thorough and timely. Although us as Parents of the Bride didn't spend much time there, what we did was very comfortable and restful. The other family that stayed here raved about how beautiful and spacious (and separate) the downstairs area was. As we were coming and going different times of the day, this was very helpful in our accommodations. So very happy this beautiful place was part of such a special weekend on Hyco Lake !

Staycation!
The house was very clean, beds were amazingly comfortable! Perfect for our group to get away for a weekend! Hope to be back when it is warm enough to enjoy the lake!

Great for a large group
We rented for our race team & pit crew for a VIR race. Exactly as described, plenty of space and beds for everyone. Common areas both upstairs and downstairs were great for a large group of people. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Would love to stay again!
