We have stayed there before and we new what to expect. The room was clean and the location is quiet. This was a no frills room with no coffee maker in the room. An Ice machine for guests would have been helpful. Given the cost, it was a reasonible deal for the area.

Easy booking. Best option when visiting western Carolina if you want to be close.
