Trasferimento all'aeroporto, film TV, ventilatori a soffitto del ristorante, prenotazioni per la cena erano tutti rotti/non funzionavano (incluso dirci dopo l'arrivo che costa 4K a persona per il trasferimento in barca, quando ci avevano preventivato 2,5k al momento della prenotazione e noi ho anche visto un annuncio pubblicitario presso il resort in cui la gente del posto veniva sull'isola per la giornata per 2,5k PRANZO INCLUSO?!?). Molte altre cose sono state gestite male o non sono state gestite affatto, inclusa solo l'arancia, il verde e l'anguria come frutta per la colazione. Cos'è questo hotel americano economico?!? Quando ho chiesto, ho preso una banana e un po' di papaia matura. Buono sforzo da parte del personale molto gentile che è sempre pronto ad aiutare ma dov'è il direttore di questo posto. Molta più gestione, molta più formazione necessaria per giustificare i prezzi elevati e sono difficili da raggiungere.

Trasferimento/nave veicolo aeroportuale locale da e per l'isola: costa 4000P acquistarlo separatamente, ma questa è la parte peggiore dell'esperienza. Innanzitutto è difficile contattare e nessuno risponde alle email. Al ritorno siamo usciti con la barca, inizialmente volevamo partire alle 13 dopo pranzo, quando abbiamo fatto il check-out alle 23, la reception ci ha detto che avremmo preso la barca delle 12. Ma c'è chi arrivava in ritardo e doveva aspettare fino alle 12.45 per uscire. Sembrava che il tempo fosse riservato a chi rispettava le regole. Non c'erano orari fissi. Chi aveva sc**** qualità guadagnava, mentre chi seguiva le regole le regole avrebbero dovuto aspettare. Colazione: davvero terribile, immangiabile.

第一次在攜程評論，因為體驗感真的極差！！給大家避避雷，畢竟也不是一晚幾百塊的東西！！我們一家人出行，兩間複式別墅連住三晚，光酒店就是2萬大洋，除了酒店環境好，其他無論便利、餐食、規矩真是一言難盡。酒店離跳島遊很遠很遠，還和別家差一倍價格，所以真心建議住鎮上。還有潛水，價格比別人貴也就算了，還沒什麼好看的，沒有出海就在酒店碼頭底下，餐食中午就一家中餐，叫餐到上菜半小時，不知道是不是臨時海里撈的，另一家菲律賓菜更離譜，一衹炸雞一個半小時，不知道是不是臨時出島去抓的雞，難怪遊客不多，晚上都冷冷清清的。最可氣的是出島的時間要按照她們的時間來，結果碼頭等好久，太早到機場，導致又等了三個小時。體驗感極差！！！真配不起這價格！！

情侶出遊的好去處。房間是玻璃房，美美的，服務也很好。

中國味道餐館還沒有KTV一整天，沒吃飯。這個老闆實在太聰明瞭。

太值得來了！我是第二次來巴拉望，第一次是住的科隆鎮上，這次定的是一島一酒店。sunlight不愧是科隆島排名第一的度假村，因為疫情，度假村停業了2個月，重新開業。我是重新開業的第四天，乘坐度假村的私人飛機從馬尼拉飛來的。一開始是用的度假村的私人飛機加3晚住宿的打包價來入住，後來實在太喜歡這個度假村小島，在攜程續訂了3晚。因為剛重新開業和政府疫情管控，酒店衹可以開放30%的房間，度假村看我一個人續住，直接給我升級了高級水屋！大家來，一定要住水屋，真的秒殺普通房間，水屋的設施整體升級，地板和陽台地板全是玻璃，直接看到水下的珊瑚和小魚。度假村獨佔一個小島，2大片白沙灘，門口的海域就能看到大片珊瑚和魚，劃個香蕉船就能去珊瑚花園。酒店的服務非常好，隨到隨叫的泊車，度假村還有中國火鍋和韓國烤肉，日本料理，真的滿足不同口味，還有各種活的海鮮。五星推薦！

La struttura è vecchia e non tenuta bene. La nostra biancheria da letto era sporca di macchie di sangue quando siamo arrivati. C'erano crepe sui muri e sul pavimento, insetti e lucertole nelle nostre stanze. Intendiamoci, avevamo 3 famiglie separate con stanze separate. Tutte stesse pessime condizioni. L'unica cosa che ha reso questo posto fantastico sono le persone che lavorano sodo e sono gentili. Ma il posto era pessimo! ALTAMENTE DELUSO!! La scelta del cibo era limitata. Ogni volta che ordiniamo qualcosa tornano dicendo che non è più disponibile. Anche andare nei posti della proprietà è molto scomodo. Per non parlare del fatto che quando sono arrivato dall'aeroporto al luogo nessuno mi è venuto a prendere dall'hotel fino a 2 ore dopo al molo. NON consiglio questo posto!

From the airport and upon arriving at the resort, we knew we would have a good time!! Very reliable speed captain, smooth transfer of luggages to the warm welcome upon arrival at the boat jetty. The warm temperature was immediately relieved with cool towels given to guest aside from toe cool sweet drinks offered. Golf carts are provided for the guest since the Villas are far from the jetty, and upon arrival our own personal butler named Dexter was already waiting for us. The Salipan Villa was awesome, with our own mini pool/jacuzzi! Food was great, staff were corteous and all in all the experaience was 5 !

Our time at SETIR Palawan Resort was unforgettable, thanks to Dexter Mesiola, our dedicated butler. Dexter's great and most of all fun service ensured our comfort from start to finish. The resort's luxurious amenities and stunning views of Palawan's natural beauty made our stay exceptional. Dexter and the staff made us feel valued throughout. The food was great too. Our room was well equipped with very comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at SETIR. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy bonding with family and friends as the whole place is like a slice of paradise here in Palawan. We are fortunate to be given our own personal butler which made it easier to coordinate all the needs and requests during our stay. The whole island is a paradise - the food is good, all staff are respectful and very welcoming, very comfortable accommodation - everything is just perfect. This will definitely be a new standard for us when booking our trips. Thank you to our personal butler, Sir Jay-ar, for making our stay a very memorable one. We will definitely come back here again!

The place is superb....very relaxing, food great, the staff are accomodating and efficient....i had a great experience, the tour and snorkeling at the Japanese shipwrecked, the coral garden and lunch at the Pass Island were wonderful ..

Very nice resort with everything you want in an island. Recommended for family or couples. Quiet, calm, relaxing. Great service from all their staffs. Everyone was very helpful and informed. Asks anything to anyone and they know it. There’s lots of activities you can do like kayaking, snorkeling, biking. Jet ski, paddle board. You can snorkel and feed the different kinds of fish just a swim away. The beach for swimming has white sand. The water is clear. There are some rocks and the sand is not as powdery as in Boracay. There’s a gym and spa. Rooms were spacious and beds were big. The food during breakfast was just ok. Maybe because we stayed on weekdays with only few guests. They have their own brewery to make beers. They offer fresh live fish they can cook the way you prefer at their restaurant. Not everything in their menu is available probably because there were only a few guests when we stayed. Another restaurant is under renovation. They’re also building more facilities like basketball and tennis courts. The Salepan and Sirakan villas are their luxurious villas which has glass floors, jacuzzi, and your bery own butler and personal chef! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!
