Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Cuiaba

Five stars. All went well I needed the laundry receipt and they delayed it for hole week . Until I reached haylene Fernanda and she solved it. The breakfast and the people working there are lovely very good food and a lot of options. The cakes are a different chapter, always delicious and a huge variety. Wish to go back soon

We stayed in the superior double at the Gran Odara Hotel for 1-night in early Sep ($147 Can). The hotel is large, new and modern, with large, comfortable rooms. Ours had a king bed with sufficient clothes storage but no in-room safe, a mini-refrigerator, a large bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, and a view over the busy street. There was a small pool on the 2nd floor terrace, and a spa. Breakfast, in the ground floor restaurant (good dinners at ~R100 per plate) had a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, baked goods and hot food from a menu. We selected the Gran Odara for our stay on the night before going into the Pantanal for its downtown location, thinking it would be convenient to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance except a super market across the busy 6-lane street (no cross walks within 1 km in either direction), making it a slow and risky proposition waiting for a gap in the traffic to dash across. If you stay here, be aware that you will have to taxi or Uber if you want to go anywhere. Otherwise, good value for the price.

Nice enough but rather sterile. Nothing close by to walk to. Was irritated they don't provide courtesy water for teethbrushing. Arrived late at night, told water not good enough to use for teeth so could just ”buy” water from the mini-bar. Kind of cheap, I thought.

Ho riscontrato un problema durante la prenotazione, ma sia l'app che l'addetto alla reception hanno risolto il problema il più rapidamente possibile, era una camera confortevole e una colazione deliziosa,

Ho passato 1 settimana all'hotel a lavoro. L'hotel è ragionevole, le camere sembrano vecchie, manca di manutenzione principalmente nel bagno. Il doccia era bagnato tutto, eccetto chi faceva il bagno, ben sregulato, non aveva il modo di fare il bagno e non lavare i capelli. La pulizia delle camere e le dipendenze dell'hotel erano buone. Ho trovato il buon colazione ma ogni giorno che ho passato lì è la stessa cosa, dovrebbero variare. Il rumore esterno era grande, quasi tutta la notte si ascoltava automobili e moto in circolazione perché l'hotel si trova in una strada mega movibile. Il rumore interno tbm era disturbato, non so se di ospiti o dipendenti. Non so se mi ospitasse di nuovo là!

Servizio molto buono, buon colazione ben servito con macchina da caffè 3 cuori ! Camera pulita, posto silenzioso.

E' un peccato che un hotel così noto a Cuiabá presenti fallimenti di assistenza, con informazioni sconosciute da parte dei funzionari e mancanza di rispetto nella risoluzione dei problemi. Tutto questo potrebbe essere evitato con un processo di check-in più chiaro e organizzato. Ho fatto il check-in all'Hotel Taiaman il giorno 22/08/24 e, durante il processo di informazione e riempimento sul mio soggiorno, non sono stato mai stato informato che il parcheggio dell'hotel era pagato. Questa scoperta sgradevole è avvenuta solo oggi, alla fine del mio check-out, quando sono stata sorpresa di un prelievo di R$80,00 per i quattro giorni che sono stato li. Di fronte a questo, ho chiesto di parlare con il manager per esprimere la mia indignazione per la mancanza di chiarezza nelle informazioni. Quando è arrivato, ha sostenuto che era scritto su una piastra – una piastra piccola, collocata su un quadro che non è visibile. Ho spiegato che non pagherò per qualcosa che non è stato chiaramente comunicato, e per sorpresa, il direttore mi ha semplicemente dato le spalle e se n'è andato. Non so se sia la posizione giusta di un manager per risolvere i conflitti, ma confesso che sono stata estremamente indignata di questo atteggiamento. Voglio registrare che le ragazze che mi hanno preso cura della ricezione erano incredibili, come i manobristi. Ciò che manca è una comunicazione chiara per evitare questo tipo di congestione.
