"Prenota una camera matrimoniale con un letto RE e mi hanno dato un letto REEN, dopo avermi reclamato, mi hanno detto che se pagava 20 dollari al giorno, mi davano un RE e un jacuzzi, dovevo pagare, ma all'hotel non c'è acqua calda, Con il freddo di Bacino idrografico è terribile non avere acqua calda, la colazione è molto categoria 2 stelle, non c'è palestra, ci sono solo 2 cazzate dell'anno della pera, la gente dell'hotel è molto gentile ma non hanno la colpa di lavorare in quell'hotel. Se cercate un hotel di buona categoria, questo NO ES"

"Overall enjoyable stay. Close to the airport and downtown, staff friendly, rooms clean, included breakfast enjoyable. The only issue is that it can be quite loud - the windows/walls don't have much in the way of insulation, so bring ear plugs. I stayed at Apartamentos Otorongo at the end of my trip and that was a much better experience. While they weren't as close as Casa San Rafael, they were SOOOO quite and about the same price point."

"Our first 3 nights in Ecuador was spent at The Yanuncay Hotel in Cuenca. The hotel is a very short taxi ride to Parque de La Madre and all the wonders of the historic district. The hotel manager Marcos was amazing! He made every effort possible to be helpful and accommodating. We had 6 very large and heavy pieces of luggage and he helped us load all of them in our van that carried us to Loja. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy.
