Hotel in zona Science Museum of Castilla La Mancha, Cuenca

Fabulous small hotel with fantastic views and more than worth 3 stars. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the bathroom equally and had a full size bath and plenty of hot water. Great views of the cliffs from the window. Breakfast offered a fair choice of hot and cold buffet with an array of juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive and I really wanted to stay longer. The hotel is a short walk from plenty of restaurants and ideally placed for exploring the 'hanging houses' and other historically important places. Don't be put off when you enter 'New' Cuenca. Once up the narrow cobbled streets you are in another world. Parking was possible (free) about 300m further up from the hotel and I believe there is underground paid parking very near by. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The comfort, the service and the amenities make this a great place to stay. We shall return!

Per sorpresa mi piace qui. Vicino alla strada di shopping e ora hanno il mercato di Natale goduto di shopping durante il mio soggiorno. Più importante vicino al trasporto pubblico da 1 a 3 minuti a piedi. Molti ristoranti qui si trovano facilmente a ristorare.

L'hotel è nel centro di Kunka, la porta è il giardino urbano.Camminare verso la vecchia cattedrale e la casa di prigione di circa un chilometro.La vecchia città vieta l'ingresso di veicoli non registrati e scattare automaticamente le multe.Ci sono molti parcheggi pagati sul lato della strada, e l'automobile è gratuito alle ore 8 e 9 della mattina. Il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta e la camera è ampia e confortevole.Il ristorante è anche aperto all'esterno, molto buono.

Questo hotel è nella nuova parte della città in una delle periferie. Ci sono molti parcheggi liberi fuori strada insieme ad un fermo di autobus per l'autobus in città. Sono in una sedia a rotelle e potremmo entrare nella zona commerciale in 15 minuti. La vecchia città è a circa 10 minuti di taxi o a piedi su una collina molto forte. Le camere pubbliche e le camere da letto dell'hotel sono leggere e aria. La vista fuori è meglio di quella guardando l'hotel! Il personale della reception è molto utile e l'altro è buono. Ci siamo trasferiti in un weekend, quindi l'hotel era molto vuoto e il pranzo serale è stato servito nel bar, ma è stato eccellente. Uno dei migliori pasti che abbiamo avuto in questa visita a Spagna. La colazione è servita nella sala da pranzo e il buffet è eccellente con una vasta gamma di carni fredde, formaggi, frutta e pasticceria. Se si chiede il pasto caldo del serbatoio sarà cucinato per voi che molto più appetito di quello standard di cibo cucinato stirare sul lato. Penso che l'hotel è più di un hotel d'affari durante la settimana, ma è stato grande per noi. L’unico ****** era che se sei un utente di sedia a rotelle, c’è solo un letto nella grande camera accessibile, questo non può essere diviso in due letti singole. Le mie gambe si sparano la notte, quindi mia moglie ha bisogno di un letto separato, quindi ho dovuto prenotare una stanza separata per lei. Sembra piuttosto ingiusto. La stanza era ben attrezzata con facile accesso a sedie a rotelle e una porta scivolante nella stanza bagnata, che è grande. La zona della doccia ha molto limitate tracce di grattatura e mia moglie doveva seguirmi nella doccia per mettere la sedia dietro di me. Non c'è posto fisso nel doccia che è vergognoso. In un hotel molto bello con molti bar e ristoranti vicino e ancora più nel centro della città.

Mi piace questo hotel, ma è un po' lontano dal centro della città e gli autobus passano ogni ora. Tuttavia, è vicino alla stazione AVE e all'unico centro commerciale di questa città, quindi anche mi sembra molto accessibile. La colazione è un po' costosa, mi ha costato 13 euro al giorno, ma ci sono molti piatti e varietà di cibo.

This hotel was a little gem of a find on an unexpected road trip from southern to northern Spain (due to UK Air Traffic Control issues). Online reviews looked good and the location was perfect in respect of the area around which we planned to make our first overnight stop. On arrival we were greeted by two very friendly and welcoming reception staff, one of whom showed us two rooms which were available to accommodate our family of four. The hotel is beautiful, blending the old building with modern twists and furnishings. The sizeable outdoor pool set in its own garden was the perfect way to cool off after a very long drive. The inner courtyard is stunning and made for a perfect setting for our pre-dinner drinks. We dined in the very atmospheric and beautifully appointed restaurant where many main dishes are cooked on coals at the side of the main seating area. The smell of the charcoal and cooking was fantastic and the food was superb and very tasty. A very good wine list gave us a great choice. Having just driven through the wine region of La Mancha, it was an easy decision to opt for a very nice bottle of Finca Antigua Reserva (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah blend) which accompanied our meat beautifully. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The rooms were perfectly adequate and air-conditioned. The hotel is quiet and tranquil yet has a wonderful understated buzz about it. Breakfast the following morning was offered for a small additional cost and was adequate if a little limited but it was perfect to get us ready for another long day ahead. The town of Cuenca itself is gorgeous so this hotel is perfect for anyone transiting the area or perhaps visiting Cuenca itself. We would not hesitate to return.
