Large open floor plan to kitchen with large center island and tons of storage equipped with almost anything a chef could need. 2200 sq ft split floorplan home. Brand new floors throughout. 3 bedrooms 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 regular sofa. Two full bathrooms. Full house generator, pool, large PVC deck and dock. Dock includes a lift set up for catamaran hulled boats. Very clean home with sunset view From. Brand new AC. Perfect location
We loved how close the canal entrance was to Bow Channel. I paddled almost every day and my husband was able to get out easily to go fishing. The neighborhood is walkable and the neighbors are friendly. We really enjoyed our time in Cudjoe Gardens.

A Perfect House in Our Favorite Lower Keys Neighborhood
We've come to the Lower Keys for the month of February for six years, and this is, by far, the best house we've stayed in. The deck and pool area are just made for taking in the great view of the channel and ocean. The rooms are nicely sized, and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owner was extraordinarily attentive and friendly. We would absolutely love to stay here again and again!

Amazing property!
Perfect location just 30 minutes to Key West. We loved having our boat at the house as well as our dogs. Ample parking, great outside space, easy navigating our boat, fully equipped home, lovely water views, friendly neighbors. Wonderful month
