Hotel in zona Agencia De Aduanas Serimex Sarmiento, Cucuta

I recently booked an extended stay at the Holiday Hotel in Cucuta S.A. Hotel is in an excellent location to Ventura shopping mall and food court and within walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. Hotel is clean and well maintained by friendly and delightful hard working house keeping staff members directed by Sra. Benavides. Breakfast buffet was very good with many items to choose from and the rooftop pizza restaurant and night view was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and front desk team members, under the direction of Sra. Sirley Rios, are extremely efficient and accommodating in taking the extra steps in seeing that your needs are met. The hotel is recognized and certified by the Hotel and Tourist Association of Colombia and by IHG members. I could not have chosen a better accommodating hotel and would recommend the Holiday Hotel to travelers visiting Cucuta!

This was the first time of me being in Cucuta and staying in a Hotel. Oh My God! What a magnificent experience... I totally loved it,. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very dark to enjoy a good night sleep; the view is great! the food availability was really good, what I loved the most is that I had the pleasure to enjoy the typical soups from Cucuta, every morning, well, I recommended to have it available every morning, there were 2 days in which they served something different, that from my perspective, was too heavy for breakfast. The personnel working there, Ohhhhhh they are beyond amazing and my words are short to describe how amicable, educated, helpful, respectful and always with a small when talking to me, willing to make your stay the best one. I count not have a better experience there. Totally worth it!

La Casa Blanca si trova in un luogo centrale a cucuta, rendendo i miei trasferimenti dal luogo al luogo molto più facile e nella mia prenotazione include il buon colazione. Le camere sono molto pulite con A/c , TV con cavo e un piccolo frigorifero con snack. Il personale dell'hotel mi tratta come un re non ho alcuna denuncia, ricordo Sandra in ricevimento e le altre signore e mi scuso se non ricordo tutti i nomi, ma tutti sono davvero carini. Il ristorante cabá sperimento letteralmente la maggior parte dei cibi nella carta, ma il tomahawk è davvero bello, Miguel e il suo partner che non ricordo il suo nome entrambi sono davvero gentili, gli altri anche ma la maggior parte delle volte sono quelli che mi hanno partecipato. L'altro ristorante è sul tetto il nome è 360. Preparano un bel cocktail il nome è Santa Maria è come un sangria ma un po' più forte è davvero bello. Congratulazioni al signor Gesù (che è responsabile dell'hotel) per l'aiuto e l'eccellente personale dell'hotel.

El hotel es bonito, incluyendo la habitación. La recepcionista amable pero nunca dijo su nombre y no estaba identificada (había una sola), tratamos de hacer reserva por booking y no pudimos, fuimos al hotel directamente y el precio lo triplicaba y la habitación era más sencilla... demasiado caro para la calidad de servicio... llamaron a recepción para pedir toallas y el seguridad dijo que ese no era su trabajo, que debían llamar luego, que tenían que esperar que la recepcionista se desocupara y él ahí parado cuál gerente. Pedí un vaso de agua y me dijeron que debía comprarla (En hoteles más humildes hasta café o té te ofrecen y en hoteles de lujo debería haber dispensadores de agua. Trabajo en un hotel de la cadena Leading), quise pagar con $ no tenían cambio, que tenía que ser si o si con tarjeta... no había jabón en la ducha, tuvimos que usar del jabón del dispensador del lavamanos. Nos entregaron 1 sola tarjeta para la habitación, salímos y no pudimos dejar el aire acondicionado encendido y hacía calor... La habitación tiene una ventana con una cortina de un sólo paño, la cuál estaba tapada por un escritorio, casi imposible de rodar. Los colchones parecen colchonetas, no había papelera en la habitación, el control de la tele estaba dentro de una bolsa de papel cuál pan o medicina... Precio caro y no incluía desayuno y para tomar desayuno cobraban un excesivo adicional por persona, monto con el cual pudimos almorzar en otro sitio dos personas.
