No pudimos ir y el hotel ni siquiera llamo para preguntar a qué hora llegaríamos o si teníamos algún problema.
Ya cobré ....ya me olvidé .

I booked a room for a week and was a little afraid of the location being too isolated for a longer period of time but ended up loving the place so much! The most amazing sunsets AND sunrises (what!?) together with epic trails just outside ❤️ also the meals (most of them vegetarian🙏) were perfect, the people really nice and i felt really at home the whole time. Ended up feeling sad having to leave so soon :) but yes, the walls are thin and if you are into luxury it might not be the best choice for you.

NOT RECOMMENDED! My husband and I went to spend a different weekend, and we left early on Saturday. We stayed in the attic, which we knew would have a low ceiling, but not this low. That wasn't so bad, but the worst part was that to go to the bathroom, there is a very low beam that they don't mention on the website or show in the pictures, and they don't warn you about it. We hit our heads on it three times during the night. It's extremely unsafe. Additionally, there was no heating, only a heater that smelled like it was burning, and we found several hairs on the sheets that weren't ours. Also, the comforters had stains. It was a huge disappointment! We spoke with them, and they hide behind the excuse that they inform on the website that some areas have a height of 1.50 meters, but they don't mention the beam. There was no "how are you?" or anything, no offer of compensation. It's better to pay more and stay at the Parador just across the street or at a real rural house.

Loved this place. Friendly, comfortable and reasonable price. Great location for walking. The hotel is simple but has everything you would want (except a bar but a short walk across the road). The restaurant was a gem with simple rustic food, well cooked and informally served.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, friendly, great food, lovely outside seating places, beautiful garden. Staff were so helpful and kind we felt like we made new friends. Perfect location for hiking the spectacular scenery, for us it was a little piece of paradise during a long Scottish winter. Huge thanks to everyone there

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar idílico. Veníamos buscando descanso, tranquilidad, y conexión con la naturaleza, y tanto la habitación como sus zonas comunes así lo han permitido. Destacaría su cálido salón con vistas al Teide, el cual dispone de una pequeña librería ideal para los amantes de la lectura, como yo, donde además podrás disfrutar de una infusión o café gracias a una pequeña zona que tienen habilitada para ello. Sin embargo, nos hemos sentido un poco aturdidos a la hora del desayuno. No por la calidad y variedad, de la comida, que aunque no fuera muy variada, estaba bastante bien, sino por el personal, el cual estaba reunido en la cocina (varios dptos), tomando café y hablando de asuntos personales, con voz muy alta. Si bien el hotel es un refugio en la naturaleza, no es grato no poder disfrutar de un buen desayuno con la paz, la tranquilidad y el silencio que la naturaleza da.

Nos alojamos mi hijo y yo en ese hotel rural durante 2 noches. Nos han encantados ! Nos sentimos como en casa...una ambiente familial y tradicional. Hemos recargados las pilas antes de volver al trabajo ! Desayuno muy correcto y cena divina. Volveremos seguro ! 100% recomendable

Beste Ausgangslage für Roque Nublo, Pico de las Nieves sowie unzählige schöne Wanderungen in der nahen Umgebung. Die Sonnenuntergänge (von der Terrasse des benachbarten Parador) sind traumhaft, bei guten Verhältnissen mit Sicht bis zum Teide (Teneriffa). Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Es gibt ein einfaches aber gut gekochtes 2-Gang-Menu (Vor- und Hauptgang mit 5, meist vegetarischen, Gerichten zur Auswahl). Soweit so gut. Nicht zum Verweilen lädt der Aussenbereich ein, es gibt kaum Sitzgelegenheiten, den Sonnenuntergang kann man nur vom Innern des Hauses geniessen. Die einfachen und sehr kleinen Zimmer sind hellhörig und dunkel, die Betten mit den harten Matratzen unbequem und das Bad sollte dringend renoviert werden. Hinter dem Haus führt ein Wanderweg mit direkter Sicht in die Hotelzimmer des Erdgeschosses vorbei, d.h. man lässt Fenster und Vorhänge am besten geschlossen.
