camere confortevoli problema con il bagno / doccia entrare andava bene ma uscire dal bagno era profondo e dovevo allungarmi per uscire sbattendo il ginocchio sul bordo della vasca il soffione della doccia era arretrato, quindi ho dovuto spremere fino all'estremità del rubinetto a parte questo, la camera era pulita, il cibo nel ristorante era molto buono e le bevande erano ragionevoli

Excellent and quiet location for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful, took time to find a room we liked for our 4 night stay. Premises clean and tidy with ample and easy parking. Handy Beefeater next door for when needed.

Premier Inn isn't a hotel one would use for a holiday, but it is ideal when you need to be away from home and need your needs met. Especially when disabled. Everything is how your would expect it and the service is great. It gets the job done and I don't leave feeling as though I have roughed it for the night. Note, the beds are always very comfortable, but I wish they'd do something about the pillows. My wife takes her own. Also, hot chocolate sachets in the room would be a great addition.

Staff were lovely. The room was very clean. Great that I could get a takeaway from the Beefeater Pub next door. I have stayed in many Premier Inn over the years but feel now the provision and price is not now good value. My friend and I had separate rooms and paid £209.00 each for a room for two nights. The internet connection was very poor, I had to sign in each time. Two teabags and four milk pots per room is plain mean! Yes I can restock from the reception but it is not always convenient. Also 1 medium size bath towel and I hand towel is also mean, again I could get more from the reception but what a faff. My break was wonderful because I shared it with a very special friend but I do feel the price was over the top.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed dining at the Beefeater restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend .

As a frequent business traveler, I've had the opportunity to stay at many hotels, and the Premier Inn croydon south stands out as one of the best for those traveling on business.The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were professional and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable workspace and high-speed internet access that allowed me to stay productive during my stay.

Perfect location for my trip and As always wonderful staff very warm welcome,room was very clean and perfect 👌. Bed was very comfy ,shower has very good pressure.cooked breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and veg option.see you again soon
