The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard. The house is just a short walk to restaurants and city boat ramp. Looking for a peaceful place?
The Ollie Vee is it.
The Ollie Vee is a very simple and cozy home. I have tried to equip The Ollie Vee with anything you may need. The yard is kept natural to attract the local peacocks and wild turkeys. Remember, this is Florida. You will come across bugs and reptiles.
If you plan to bring a boat on a trailer... be aware there is no turn around at the property. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer but you will probably need to back down the street.... a distance of @300 feet.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 20.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect quiet location
We had an excellent stay at this location. Property owner was available for anything…but we needed nothing!.Clean, comfortable, and centrally located for our plans!

Great Stay!
I stayed at this property for my best friend’s wedding, and it was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had! The host was incredibly accommodating, and there were so many thoughtful personal touches throughout. The house was spotless and truly a hidden gem! It’s a perfect spot for anyone attending nearby weddings. A huge thank you to Melissa for being such a wonderful host!

The Ollie Vee
This was a great house, in a quiet spot close enough to see water from the sun room. Went for a week of fishing and enjoyed the entire time close to the public boat ramp and close to good food at the local restaurant. Will definitely be returning in the future

Great stay!
Very cool old style Florida home with great views of the lake. Peacocks & turkeys running around. House is well equipt for your stay. Very quiet area. We will be back in the fall!
