We had the pleasure of staying at the Isolano our first trip to Croatia and cannot say enough nice things about it. It was truly a wonderful experience, and Mario and his staff went out of their way to make sure that we felt like part of the family. The facility was impeccable. The location was outstanding, and the service was out of this world. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be going back to the Isolano in the future.

Spectacular! What a pleasant surprise this is on the Island of Cres Croatia. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. This is a boutique upscale hotel where every detail has been thought of. From the moment you arrive it is 5 stars. Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the grounds, pool and beach area are private and bougie. The breakfast is something you must experience! Managers Mario and Anten are creating something truly special with the Isolano Hotel. We hope to return again in the future.

I stayed at The Isolano at the end of April and absolutely loved every minute of it! The hotel is stunning – every little detail is so thoughtfully designed. The food was amazing, and I have to say, I was obsessed with the plate design – they’re as beautiful as the dishes they served! The in-room cosmetics were such a lovely touch! And the view from my room? Absolutely top notch – the hotel is right on the beach, and the sea is just steps away. I’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’ve already booked my next stay and I seriously can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Brand new opened The Isolano hotel makes your experience a memorable one and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Amazing and rich breakfast, prompt and professional service, delicious cocktails, spacious room, large SPA zone and fantastic offer really fits customer's needs and requires. Leider sind unsere Erwartungen an das Hotel enttäuscht worden. Anbei ein Auszug unseres Aufenthalts. Das Infinity Zimmer mit Pool Zugang ist ein dunkles Zimmer. Man schaut direkt auf eine Wand und darüber auf eine Baustelle. Anbei ein Foto. Der Pool ist nicht attraktiv und wurde auch von niemanden benutzt. Das diese Infinity Zimmer nicht dem verlangten Preis gerecht werden ist wahrscheinlich auch dem Hotel bewusst, daher wurde uns für die letzten einundhalb Tage eine besseres Zimmer angeboten. Das Hotel generell ist zwischen LunaPark, Straße und Strandpromenade. Hierbei möchte ich erwähnen, dass der LunaPark zwar optisch nicht gut passt, aber auch eigentlich nicht stört. Am ersten Tag bat ich 2 mal beim Abendessen, dass meine Frau ihr Fleisch Welldone bekommt, da Sie schanger ist. Unser Essen wurde zuerst auf einem anderen Tisch serviert, bis man draufgekommen ist, dass es falsch ist. Danach wurde meiner Frau das Essen serviert mit dem Zusatz der Kellnerin, dass es welldone ist. Da es auf der Terasse sehr dunkel ist, kamen wir leider erst bei der Hälfte drauf das meine Frau das Fleisch medium bekommen hatte. Danach versuchte ich mich im Zimmer zu duschen, im Badezimmer war leider das Licht auf einen 10min Timer eingestellt, sodass ich unter der Dusche völlig im Dunkeln stand. Glücklicherweise war meine Frau im Zimmer welche mir von aussen das Licht wieder einschalten konnte. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das gemeldet und dies wurde repariert. Beim den Mahlzeiten im Hotel wurden die Speisen regelmäßig an die falschen Tische gebracht. Höhepunkt dessen war am Donnerstag, da bestellte ich Tee und eine Eierspeise. Der Tee kam und ich wartete vergebens auf meine Eierspeise. Es stellte sich heraus, auf diese wurde vergessen. Als die Eierspeise dann kam, war natürlich der Tee und Kaffee kalt. Zu Mittag wieder das gleiche. Ich bestellte einen Bürger und eine Cola. Der Burger kam und auf das Cola wartete ich vergeblich. Ich konnte keine Kellnerin zu mir rufen, da diese bei der Bar sich unterhielten. Darum bin ich zur Bar um mir diese Cola einfach selbst zu holen. Diese wurde scheinbar auch falsch gebucht usw... Danach hatte zwar die Cola aber ein kaltes Essen. Die Problematik bei den Speisen hielt die ganze Woche an und erst als das Hotel leerer wurde funtionierte dies besser. Die Sonnenschirme am Strand sollten ausgetauscht werden da diese bei Wind davonfliegen. Mich traf einer am Kopf und beschädigte meine Brille. Am Freitag vergaß der Roomservice unser Zimmer zu machen, ich bat um 17 Uhr bei der Rezeption darum und ging zum Strand. Als wir um 19 Uhr zurück kamen stand das Zimmermädchen vor der Tür. Ich bat sie in einer Stunde zu kommen, da wir uns zum Abendessen umziehen müssten. Natürlich kam an diesem Tag niemand mehr. Am nächsten Tag kamen die Zimmermädchen um 08:50 und klopften an die Tür. Ich bat Sie in ein paar Minuten wieder zu kommen, ich würde mich nur anziehen und zum Frühstück gehen. Aber an dem Tag kam auch niemand mehr. Glücklicherweise w
