Hotel in zona St Marys C Of E Church, Crawley

Anche se un po' fuori strada (sicuri che il tuo taxiista sappia dove stanno andando e non ti porti all'altro Vacanze Inn a Gatwick!!), vale la pena, pun intende. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo fatto il check-in senza un cazzo di fuss e siamo riusciti a catturare gli ”ultimo ordine” dal bar- grande squadra e una menzione speciale per Steve e Sarah che ci hanno parlato e ci hanno fatto sentire rilassati e condividere un sorriso con noi. stava andando a controllare che fosse disponibile un colazione glutine gratis e il mio agente ci ha dato informazioni inesatti. Ci ha detto che non avevamo pagato per il colazione e che avrei dovuto contattare direttamente la cucina. Ho chiesto questo a un altro collega che ha confermato che avevamo pagato per colazione e che le opzioni erano disponibili. Ha avuto una grande notte di sonno e goduto le opzioni di colazione disponibili. Controlla semplicemente il processo e il ricevitore ha organizzato per il nostro taxi precotti essere sottolineato.

The staff were friendly and one of the cleaners offered to take one of my suitcases to the elevator for me. The gym was a good size, although the elliptical trainer didn't work; the treadmill was fine. There is adequate space for a few people to do a HITT workout with some limited free weights. One of the reasons I booked my stay there is because it advertised a sauna and upon arrival I was informed this was the not the case. I was told that this was a *********** issue and that the hotel had never had a sauna. I think it would be a great asset to any hotel. It's the only reason I gave the rating of 4 out of 5 stars for facilities. The walk to the South terminal was easy and within a 10 minute walk. Coolest vending machine I've ever seen in the lobby of a hotel, just in case you needed some USB cables or international plugs. Such a great idea for a hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

I specifically booked a night at the Sofitel Gatwick because it included 'Meet and Greet' parking with Maple Parking. Had they not included this I would have still stayed but made other arrangments for my car. I arrived at the Maple Parking Meet and Greet and parked the car. Took my keys over to the attendant and signed in. I then asked if they could give me 20 minutes to check in to the hotel, change clothes and bring a bag back to the car. We didnt want to bring a bag of unclean clothes on holiday with us. Here's where things went downhill faster than Gwynth Paltrow on ski's. The attendant, a tall bloke with a mid-european accent shouted at me 'No, do you know you are at an airport'. He actually shouted this. Shouted. To a customer. Take a minute to breathe that in. Fortunatly I knew I was at an airport, having driven 4 hours to get there. To hear that I was at an airport was no surprise, to be shouted at by a car park attendant was. I explained that I didnt want to take a case of unclean clothes on holiday with me. His response to that was 'we are extremly busy and your car will be removed immediately'. I asked if the hotel would hold the bag and he replied 'No they will not hold your stupid bag'. Here's where I should have murdered him with his Maple Meet and Greet Staff lanyard, but I did not. I asked for my keys back to be told once again in an truely agresive manner 'if you take your keys I will close the entry and you can't come back'. I took the keys and left. I then had to park at Gatawick Long stay for an additional £150. We finally checked into the hotel, explained the situation. The checkin lady (Alessia?) apologised and gave us two tokens for a free drink at the bar. They also kept our bag for us. Is this the fault of Sofitel Gatwick? I think it is. They decided to partner with a company that treats people appalingly. So they've got to accept responsibility for that. Please share this review, If I saw something like this I would have chose another car park or another hotel. Other people should be warned.

Stayed overnight, Staff very friendly, helpful and profession.The hotel was clean, Room clean and more than adequate for a 1 night stay, Bar drinks and food was reasonably priced, We had the breakfast for £12 per person, which was fabulous, Highly recommend

We received an Afternoon Tea Voucher as a Christmas present and decided to book for my husband's birthday in June. Upon arrival at the hotel reception desk, we only had to wait a few moments before Donna showed us into one of the lounges where a table was set up for us by a window overlooking the lake and grounds. As it was a beautiful sunny afternoon I asked if we could have tea on the terrace. Donna apologised and said that unfortunately this was not possible so we were initially a little disappointed, however, we were still able to enjoy the view. Our selected coffee with hot milk arrived swiftly and the selection of sandwiches, scones and patisseries quickly followed. All were freshly made and quite delicious. Donna ensured both the coffee and hot milk were replenished as required and looked after us superbly throughout the afternoon. After tea and feeling rather full we took the opportunity to have a walk around the hotel grounds seeing the fish in the lake and the deer grazing amongst the trees on the adjoining golf course. All in all, a very enjoyable afternoon made even better by the June sunshine!

La camera è stata molto confortevole, ma è stata molto confortevole. Il pranzo nel ristorante era davvero fantastico e colazione al mattino. Grazie per averci lasciato.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per poter utilizzare la stanza a vapore e il tubo caldo, ma entrambi erano fuori ordine per 3 giorni, che era la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il cibo in hotel - il servizio era appassionante ho aspettato 1.5 ore per un vegano beef Wellington per poi essere portato un risotto caulifore che non ho ordinato e è stato dato il scusa che il cuoco non aveva abbastanza tempo / ci sarebbe voluto troppo tempo per fare un Vegan Wellington - anche se era un pasto di sabato, e sapevano che non mangio carne 4 ore prima del pasto e mi fu detto che all'inizio dovevo aspettare 10 minuti per il mio Wellington dopo aver salito nella caverna - così tutto quello che dovevo mangiare era a parte. La stanza era grande e l'hotel immaculato
