Everything was in good condition and clean. AC was working.

This Premier Inn is close to LGW so very handy for an overnight stay before catching your flight. Unlike many it doesn’t charge for parking on the night of your stay but you must remember to register your car. Room was very hot but a fan had been provided. Pub next door doesn’t seem to be associated with the hotel and opening times and food service limited. No breakfast options beyond Grab&Go.

Stayed here with extended family to attend a funeral at near y crematorium. The rooms are average in both size and amenities, however all rooms were unbearably hot, the fan I the room just swirls the hot air round and the windows have nearly any opening so very limited air can get in and circulate. The restaurant is a poor quality Indian, very limited choice that wasn’t curry. I had vegetable lasagna which was inedible. No breakfast is available so had to drive 15 minutes to a cafe.

Ideal hotel for a Gatwick departure with lovely pub/Indian restaurant next door. Big shout out to receptionist Alla, who went above and beyond during over stay when our daughter was poorly. Thank you for making our situation easier with your kindness and compassion

The rooms were so hot and muggy, I went to reception and complained that the cheap fan in the room was not circulating much air and they only had another small cheap fan

We picked this premier inn for its close proximity to Gatwick Airport. The rooms were of usual Premier Inn standard, and provided a comfortable nights rest. The only disappointment was a lack of effective air conditioning on a warm summers night. The hotel provided a fan, but this was ineffective and insufficient, which slightly degraded our stay her. No Premier Inn restaurant on site, but a fantastic independent pub next, with a wide selection of Indian food, and standard pub grub. A reasonable overnight stay, with just a 10 minute drive to the south terminal.

From start to finish this has to have been the best experience I’ve had at a Premier Inn. The lovely lady that checked me in said she’d changed my room from a ground floor to a first floor garden facing as it would be quieter for me. She was so sweet and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. I slept like a baby, it was so quiet. The room did have a couple of decor snags that needed sorting but this didn’t affect my stay. Car parking was great.

Rooms very clean and the bed so comfy. Great pub next door for food and drink. Lovely lady on reception called Terri booked us in and talked about the hotel. She even had fruit tea in her special drawer. Nothing was to much trouble as we asked alot of questions.
