Everything was 5 stars The food was really good an tastefull with amazing presentation. Love the location...the building is beautifull just as you would expect..great .the service. The place was really clean and the staff really helpfull. Would defenly comeback and recomend it

The Old Inn has become a regular spot for us. We love the mix of old and new. It has such a relaxed atmosphere and staff are excellent. The spa is very unique and we love that even with a full house, the spa never feels overly busy. We try to visit at least two/three times a year to unwind and look forward to our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay a few years ago but were pleasantly surprised with the addition of gym and spa ( both very high quality ) . All staff smiling , welcoming and chatty in all areas. Food and drinks as good as ever . Comfortable, spotless room. Great location with lovely walks to coast . We will return…

A massive thank you to Matthew and the amazing team in The Old Inn for looking after us so well during our stay on the 4th of May to celebrate my Hen party. From the very initial email, Matthew was so professional and helpful and nothing was a bother to him. This continued throughout the guided tour of the hotel and facilities, the countless emails, the business sheets and the final planning meeting a week before the event. It was an absolute pleasure to plan the event with Matthew and the whole weekend ran seamlessly thanks to his planning. All of the staff were incredibly friendly during our stay; our waitress Charlotte deserves a very honourable mention. She was so attentive and friendly while serving us in the CS Lewis Suite and spent time helping us to connect the laptop to the CleverTouch board to stream the movie. She even had a bow in her hair to match the bow theme! All of the staff during breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing. The entire party thoroughly enjoyed their stay, ranging from the comfort of the rooms, to the wonderful spa facilities and amazing food, we honestly couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. You all have made a significant life event even more memorable for me! I look forward to returning to the hotel in the near future, and will continue to recommend it! Thank you again to Matthew and all the staff.

A very enjoyable lunch today to celebrate a special family occasion. We received a warm, friendly welcome and were promptly shown to a very nice, spacious table for our party of three. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal’s from the Festive Menu, the food was delicious and piping hot. We were very well looked after by Charlotte and Alex, all the staff were very friendly & helpful and there was such a lovely ambience, dim lighting and beautiful Christmas lights made it very special! Look forward to returning soon.

We have been to Galgorm several times and always had the best experience, but our trip to The Old Inn was disappointing overall. We booked for 1 night to mark a special occasion and booked treatments in the Spa. There was a mix up with the booking as their systems don’t speak to each other, including the phone line that I rang to discuss the spa treatments and booking info. We were very much looking forward to our treatments only to find they have been cancelled by accident. Albeit they were apologetic, the reasons provided where very much pushing the blame onto the customer and not accepting that the person on the phone and their systems contributed to the issue. Not at any point was anything offered to make up for the disappointment or alternatives offered. Our room was lovely but it was so warm we got little sleep. There was a fan that we had on constantly all night (to be fair it was unusually hot weather!) but it was very uncomfortable. My experience with their hotels has always been amazing, so I was sad that we left in bad humour from the Old Inn.

I visited The Old Inn today for some lunch, I was served by the lovely Andrew and Rihanna, they were very polite and helpful. They were also great at sharing their knowledge about their menu and drinks that paired well with my food choices. I very much enjoyed my short but wonderful visit today. Thank you very much to all of them!

£21.60 for two kids ice-creams! Two scoops each, no extras! That deserves one star! Even the staff were embarrassed explaining this charge and apologised. Prices not transparent at all. Our initial warm impression of the place was greatly disintegrated. Very poor!

We thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous evening meal at The Old Inn Crawfordsburn. The food was delicious and beautifully presented . The chicken & leek pie was amazing . Our Sons enjoyed the Duck and Lamb mains The caramelised apple pie was Waow . We loved the setting and the ambiance of this restaurant.& will definitely revisit soon.
