Stayed 2 nights in April and we loved it so much. Everything works so well and the room is large and comfortable with a great shower and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Set in the most beautiful part of both England and Wales. So much to explore.

The hospitality here is second to none....attentive, courteous and generous. The bedroom was exquisitely comfortable and the extras in the room were just right. It was a real treat to swim in the river before a wonderful breakfast each morning, cooked to perfection. I am looking forward to finding a way to return to this peaceful and luxurious guest house. Thank you Tina and David.

My wife and I were in Hay-on Wye for the weekend for a wedding reception. We booked Aberllynfi House which is just outside of Hay.The hotel is owned by perfect hosts Tina and Dave who both make you feel so welcome. We had one of the loft rooms which was ideal. It was scrupulously clean, it has a very big comfortable bed, a seating area, and the bathroom had a lovely big walk-in shower. The room also contained a very handy small fridge. The view from our room which overlooks the bend of the river Wye is beautiful and we are sure has been photographed many times. The breakfast is also lovely too. My wife and I can’t recommend this hotel enough and we hope to return at some point in the future

A beautiful bedroom overlooking the river, great colour scheme a with great facilities provided. A cosy picturesque stay with comfort and an excellent breakfast. A clean friendly environment with adequate parking. We would recommend Aberllynfi, very good hosts.

We spent a couple of nights in this lovely Georgian guest house on the banks of the Wye. Our room was very comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and surrounding countryside and also of the garden. The breakfasts were excellent and we got great advice on where to go to see the best of the area, changing our plans accordingly. Dinner at the local pub was good, too. Overall, a marvellous start to our mini-tour of south and west Wales. Would highly recommend.

Just come back from a long weekend staying at Aberllynfi House. Just a great stay! Lovely room, great views over the Wye and Tina & Dave were excellent hosts. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and set you up nicely for the day. If you couldn't find anywhere to eat out, they provided cutlery, crockery and glasses for you to bring a take-away back with you. Just a fabulous base for exploring the area. Not sure when, but we'd definitely like to return.

Our hosts Tina & Dave were very friendly and obliging. The house was charming with stunning riverside views. The breakfast was delicious and cooked and served by our hosts Tina & Dave. A perfect short stay. Situated in Glasbury on Wye, ideal for a base to numerous beautiful locations. Including various water sports on the river Wye that Dave can introduce you to and give you some important information to make your stay memorable. A visit to Hay-on- Wye is a must. Also the beautiful Brecon Cathedral.

Lovely Georgian house on the River Wye. First time stay here even though we have visited the area many times. Fabulous one nights stay in this interesting property, our bedroom was superb,clean with beautiful oak beams . Tina and Dave , our hosts, were friendly and from the local area so had lots of information about the House and the surrounding areas. Well worth a stay .

Lovely character property, room 5 was large with comfy bed and hot shower. Plenty of room to park. Piping hot cooked breakfast, lovely bread for toast with a fabulous view from the window. Cutlery and plates for use if you have a take away. Lovely stay within easy reach of walks.
