Hotel in zona Kuhl Kiddo Playground, Craiova

All was perfect! Great location in the center of the city. Very nice, large, clean and comfortable rooms. Every room is different from other. Free parking place. Very good breakfast and coffee Staff speaks english and is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely nice place to stay in Craiova

Sono stato altre volte in questo hotel e mi sono trovato sempre bene. Questa volta qualcosa non è andato per il verso giusto. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel in due camere: la numero 209 dal 15 al 18 luglio e nella 205 dal 16 al 18 luglio. L'hotel è bello, pulitissimo. In questa occasione dobbiamo dire che sono mancate alcune cose fondamentali. Le stanze possiedono la possibilità di impostare il 2Make the room” ( fai la stanza). Nonostante l'impostazione corretta, la stanza n. 209 non è stata fatta il giorno 16 e la stanza 205 non è stata fatta il giorno 17. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa al responsabile, lo stesso ha inviato un fattorino improvvisato che ha tirato le lenzuola e se n'è andato!!! Per il resto: niente da dire. Sconsiglio nel modo più assoluto il ristorante. Molto caro e qualità da ”deliveroo”. Penso che sia proprio così. Infatti, dopo aver ordinato, pur essendo gli unici clienti di quella sera, abbiamo aspettato tanto e dopo aver visto entrare un rider e attraversare la sala......dopo poco sono arrivati i piatti. Abbiamo chiesto del pane che è arrivato a piatti terminati. La colazione non è niente di che ma sufficiente. Spero che presto ritorni alla precedente qualità. I have been to this hotel other times but this time there was something wrong. We stayed in this hotel, with my wife and daughter, in two rooms: number 209 from July 15th to 18th and in number 205 from July 16th to 18th. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. On this occasion we must say that some fundamental things were missing. The rooms have the ability to set the ”Make the room”. Despite the correct setting, room no. 209 was not done on day 16 and room 205 was not done on day 17. When I pointed this out to the manager, he sent an improvised bellboy who pulled the sheets and left !!! For the rest: nothing to say. I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant. Very expensive and deliveroo quality. I think that's right. In fact, after having ordered, despite being the only customers that evening, we waited a long time and after seeing a rider come in and cross the room ...... after a while the dishes arrived. We asked for some bread which arrived when the dishes were finished. The breakfast is nothing special but sufficient. I hope that for the next time the quality of the past is back.

Congratulazioni! Questo hotel è davvero bello e sono felice di aver letto tutte le recensioni prima di prenotare. Parcheggio gratuito durante le settimane e la posizione dell'hotel è sorprendente! Molto vicino al vecchio centro e museo, teatro, ecc. La prima cosa che dovreste sapere è che si organizzano eventi durante il fine settimana e è buono chiedere una camera tranquilla al terzo piano. (che abbiamo menzionato al momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la stanza). Il ricevitore era molto gentile e gentile e mi piaceva davvero il modo in cui la causa parlava e spiegava le cose. La stanza era “gigantica” e sono stato ad altri hotel di 4* e 5*, così posso davvero confrontarlo. La camera era pulita e la camera da bagno era grande e pulita, asciugamani, tè e qualche tipo di caffè (ness) per farlo in camera. Il letto era davvero comodo, come dovrebbe essere. Il colazione era più di quanto mi immaginava, tutto quello che avete bisogno o volete. Voi ragazzi avete una buona varietà di tè!!! Questo è stato molto delizioso!!! Quindi consiglio questo posto per andare! Se arriveremo a Craiova di nuovo, certamente rimarrà qui.
