Excellent property! We have been here to The Meliá four different times. It has the best beach in Cozumel and we LOVE the new LEVEL experience. We will be back and we will be staying with the LEVEL experience again!

Pros: beautiful beach, ocean view room was great, not your typical buffet food
Cons: room service was unpredictable, MOLE restaurant was not good (fish house is amazing though), staff not always accommodating, rooms need attention

We love it. Although there is not too many food options to choose. The stuff is wonderful all around the property. The employees is what a made the difference. A few things that were not as quite as they said; but overall what a great experience.

Prepare to be disappointed with the food at this location. Very sub par for the money spent.
Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable and belong in 2 star hotel not a resort.

It was our first time at this resort and at first I was hesitant since it was a family resort. I was very surprised when we got there. It was amazing. There is an adult pool and a family pool. We had the best time. The service was impeccable. Alvaro was one of our favorites! The only thing we thought they could improve on was the nightly entertainment. Other than that, everything was great! We will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying the staff was great and super accommodating. Unfortunately this is not a 4 star resort and is advertised incorrectly. Everything is very outdated and not of great quality. The room had hair in multiple places from previous guests, bugs, and dirt. Was not cleaned thoroughly at all. It smelled horrible and was really overwhelming to be in. The elevator doors would not open, we went up and down 3 flights twice before it let us out.the food was terrible. There are no top shelf alcohol options at any of the bars. After speaking with the front desk they were very nice and refunded all of our stay besides 1 night. We much appreciated this and moved on to another hotel. Great staff, not a 4 star resort.

Very nice resort for families with little kids. Lots of kids activities to enjoy. Staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Housekeeping maintained and provided clean sheets and towels daily.
Only suggestions would be to keep the family pool slightly cooler so it would be more refreshing and upgrade game room equipment.
