Hotel a Cowes, Australia

Checked in late for an overnight stay, and it was brilliant. Lovely rooms, well appointed and clean, excellent location, with views of the bay. Friendly check in staff. Dinner and drinks at the hotel was great, good range, excellent venue and fantastic food. Plenty of off street parking for the Harley, but not a fan of gravel carparks. Great place to stay.

Abbiamo avuto una settimana al resort e abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza.Tutto il personale era amichevole e la villa a due camere era perfetta per le nostre esigenze.Grande cucina che aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per cucinare i nostri pasti. La zona di soggiorno era una buona parte e il bagno adeguato aveva una grande temperatura dell'acqua, il wifi gratuito funzionava molto bene e il posto era molto pulito e caldo. Abbiamo avuto una copertura frontale e posteriore con mobili esterni, le villa sono tutte individuali e in un bel ambiente di bus, i terreni sono tutti ben mantenuti, i lavoratori sono sempre occupati, buoni su di loro. Abbiamo goduto la piscina interna, il bagno interno e il bagno esterno caldo. Dovevi chiamare ogni giorno per prenotare un momento per il bagno interno. Lo facevamo ogni mattina per una seduta tardiva pomeriggio, e funzionava bene. Ci sono due palestra, due complesse piscina, ove la fine di questo grande resort, anche corti da tennis, barbecue, camere da gioco che i bambini amano e pedali. Immagino che questo posto sarebbe molto occupato durante il tempo di vacanza . Passeggiato in città ogni giorno, ci vogliono circa 40 minuti al porto, buon esercito. C'è un ristorante sul sito, ma non posso commentare come non mangiamo mai lì. Un grande posto per rimanere, ci aspettiamo di tornare.

A very clean well equipped motel. Whilst fronting the main Phillip Island road the rooms are off a quiet side street. Good beds and pillows. Toaster, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, usual toiletries and tea/ coffee etc. Some other little items included such as bottled water, chocolates, biscuits, makeup removal 'face washer'. Laundry room and ironing facilities in each room. More than adequate wardrobe. Large lawn for children including picnic tables. Many birds 'resident' in motel trees and very entertaining when fed. (Only appropriate bird food!!) For our 3 nights absolutely no noise. :-) Walking distance to Cowes great shops, beach or cruises. RSL one block away. Managers very pleasant. I booked direct online with ease and excellent confirmations etc.. I note the some 3rd party 'agents' were advertising rates different to the motel's rates. Our experiences have been that low advertised rates have a habit of increasing when one comes to book and advertised facilities etc have been been wrong.

La camera è pulita e spaziosa, nel cuore della zona di shopping e di cibo.Mi piace che la camera sia dotata di un forno a microonde, frigo, caldaia e forno con forni, panini, crocchetti e utensili da cucina. Il parcheggio è proprio fuori dall'unità che permette di facile caricamento e scarico dei bagagli.Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno comodo. Se si verificano tardi (6pm e dopo) li chiami in modo che possano lasciare le chiavi dietro per voi. C'è un riscaldamento se si raffredda troppo.

Un grande posto per le famiglie, molto pulito e vicino alla spiaggia molti negozi e caffè. Molto consigliato

Questo è un appartamento davvero bello. Così vicino alle negozi, tutte le attrazioni di Cowe e la bella spiaggia. Molto spazioso e un grande balcone, piscina e spa. Sfortunatamente abbiamo avuto una fuga nel bagno, ma io vado a gestire email. Un volo di scale al secondo livello dove il nostro appartamento era. Molto impressionato e rimasto. Un paio di rulli di toletta più piacevole e un paio di pacchetti di lavaggio più potenti che il primo, ma i supermercati sono a cinque minuti di distanza.

Unfortunately, it was not the relaxing getaway my fiancée and I thought it would be. We're not very hard to please and are happy to stay mostly anywhere as long as there's a comfy bed and quiet. We stayed two nights in the garden villa which was the most premium and expensive room on offer, expecting a secluded and private area to ourselves, which for the most part is what we got. Visually, the garden surrounding the villa is stunning with a delightful view of greenery and nature, and there is no one else who stays in that area behind the main building. The room itself was eclectic in decor which was a welcome change to stay somewhere with unique tastes as opposed to the usual and generic designs of modern accommodation. The spa in the room was great and worked very well, it was warm and the jets were functioning fine. However, we had the horrible luck of staying on two nights where there was a family, with children, staying directly above us. The ceiling feels like it's paper thin and you can hear every footstep that people are taking above, specifically when they walk down the hallway to use the bathroom (yes you can tell their movements due to the 10 - 12 steps they take followed soon after by the sound of a toilet flushing and then another 10 - 12 steps and someone going down stairs). This would usually be semi-bearable, as the occasional sound of someone walking back and forth is still annoying, but fine. But as mentioned earlier, there were children staying up there and they insisted on running back and forth down that hallway so many times throughout the day, and especially the early morning, that it became extremely frustrating to hear. I tried to take an afternoon nap when we arrived after being so exhausted from the travel and was woken up by the sound of thumping footsteps running back and forth. As these two nights were supposed to be our little getaway from our own kids, and a chance for us to have a relaxing sleep in, we wanted to nip this problem in the bud immediately. We reported the noise to the proprietor Jenni on the first night, Jenni was very friendly and assured us that she would speak to the family about the kids' running around. We later spoke over the phone again to the other proprietor, Harley who was also very friendly (and characteristically humourous) about the situation, reassuring us that the family had been spoken to. Harley also mentioned that the family was in fact, their own family visiting from the UK (as this site also appears to be the actual residence of the two proprietors). I am unsure of the logistics of this situation, but personally, I believe that having your own family members stay at the location, but cause disruption to the paying customers, is an unfair and detrimental business decision. The next morning I was woken up at approximately 7:00am to the sound of children's feet running back and forth and thumping above me again.
