A nice, clean and cosy place to stay. Just a short walk to Margaret River Town and you can get just about anything! Steve the owner is extremely friendly and always ready to give advise on nice restaurants and places to visit around the region. Love the no frills and eco friendly way the place is managed. Kudos to Steve and his team;)

Could not rate more highly. Lovely place to stay. Great location. Owner was a wealth of knowledge about things to do in the area. Very clean and comfy.

We booked a Family Room Room No 1 that come with 1 x king bed and 2 x single bed. Room is spacious, nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. However, we only stayed one night and could enjoy the room and surrounding much.

Everything about the Motel was extraordinary, we could not believe the low tariff. The room was immaculate, including the fit out which worked so well. The bed was very comfortable and most of all very warm, we didn't need the supplies electric blanket. All that in easy walking distance of Margaret River town and almost next door to the brewery. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay at Edge of The Forest. Steve, the host, is very friendly and approachable. The room was wonderful with great shower, very comfortable beds and beautiful bedding. We loved the electric blankets as it was cold during our visit. Super clean in the room. We also loved being able to sit in the green and lush garden that is available to guests and even enjoyed an open fire during the evening. To be able to go for a magnificent forest walk just outside the doorstep was definitely an added bonus as was the close proximity to the good vibes of Margaret River Brewhouse. We can't wait to get back.

Great communication with Steve from initial contact to reservations. The accommodations were wonderful, well appointed and thought out Clover, the sweet pup, was an added bonus. Steve provided valuable recommendations based on our interests and availability. We highly recommend Edge of the Forest Motel.

This place is an absolute gem in Margaret River. I have stayed here twice over the last couple of months and will continue to come back. The rooms have been spotlessly clean with crisp white sheets, comfortable beds, large bathroom with excellent hot showers. Steve the host is a wonderful guy that delivers the laid back friendly Margaret River vibe. I love the key code door locks which enables you to drive straight to the door and unload your luggage without needing to check in first. Beautiful gardens and outdoor furniture to enjoy the lush green space and bird watch. The accommodation has a little laneway at the back of the property which takes you straight to the brewery next door. Walking distance to the trails, pubs, restaurants and shops. There is really no better place to stay.

What a delightful place to stay, the Edge of the Forest is in a great location, with everything you need. If you are after a place to stay without the fuss this is it. Perfectly located, with easy access in and out of MR, with a great helpful owner.

We travelled from Queensland and stayed here for three nights. It was the best place we stayed in for the whole trip. We loved the place. The motel is perfectly located near Margaret River and set in beautiful grounds. The room (we stayed in #3) was a king double and was modern, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay with parking just near the room. Steve is a lovely bloke who is very knowledgeable about the area and is keen to help. We spent our days touring the area based on his advice and we had a great time. Thanks Steve for a great stay.
