NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

It doesn’t even deserve 0 stars!!!This has been the worst first experience here or at any hotel I’ve ever been to! By the way, I never leave reviews for anything. Our first room (218) had a mouse nest, feces, and urine all over the the pull out bed. Tiffany (room manger) ensured a room change or some type of compensation. The GM stated no room changes were allowed, however they approved it after mentioning the mouse nest/waste all over the bed. Tiffany (the room manager and the only person that actually tried to help) told us to go to the lobby to get a new room assigned. However, the “acting” manager instructed us to wait until all other customers were checked in (over an hour wait) before he could assist. After an hour wait, he then said no rooms could be changed. They instructed us to bring our personal belongings to store at the front desk while we go to the Reds game. When we took everything down to the desk, they set us up in the the second room (208), which had stained sheets and a FLOODED FLOOR! Yes the floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning unit malfunctioning. They finally set us up in a third room and stated they would provide sheets and linens for the pull out bed - they did not. They failed to make anything right with this situation and made this trip absolutely miserable. Also, all phones were down for some reason - probably so nobody could call in and complain about all of the issues. This has been the worst experience at any hotel and I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone! Even with the robotic statements, “if there is anything I can do…” and then do nothing… my family will not stay at this horrendous hotel ever again!

The first room we received had an awful mold & mildew smell. The air conditioner also wasn’t fully working and the air felt wet. Upon further inspection we found black mold above the vent by the kitchenette. There was staining on the rug throughout the room and the bathroom needed a good cleaning. We requested a new room and that room still had an odor of mildew, but it was way better than the first. Also no mold on the wall. Both rooms were very run down. Lots of stains on furniture and curtains, the fridge barely worked. The tv stand had the full front panel off and resting on the floor, and the bathroom was still pretty gross. There are no fans in the bathroom and the shower rod holder is on an upwards angle, so the curtain doesn’t close. The ice maker on our floor was broke, so we had to go to another floor for ice. The kids went swimming and the pool area had some algae, along with an overall unkept area. We opted for the stairs a bit as it was quicker to get from the lobby to outside and there was garbage on the floors. There was an abandoned dustpan and broom sitting in there most of our stay too! We loved the setup of the hotel with all the rooms facing the open atrium but overall the hotel was as a dump. We spoke to several other customers there and they commented on the poor upkeep and smell. It is very hard to believe Hilton has their name on the hotel. We would never stay here again and would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

No room upon check in Our room was not ready. We were told to go to the baseball game and check in on return. That is unacceptable! I did not reserve a room to not be able to use it.

Two disappointing things. Firsly housekeeping had to be requested which they didn't tell us when we checked in. Secondly, they refused payment in cash. I find this totally unacceptable! Cash is legal tender. What if people have no other option? It would have been a perfect stay otherwise.

We booked this hotel for 8/9/25 because the Neat Restaurant and Burbon Bar was supposed to be really good. It took forever to get the bartender's attention (it was not a very busy time). We had to get a waiter who was passing by to get us a food menu only to find out that it was extremely limited that day. They had 2 options for appetizers, 4 or 5 Salads to select from and under sandwiches a double bacon cheeseburger was the only option. That was it!! I took a picture of the menu because I couldn't believe it compared to the full menu on display that was by the lobby. They said they were about out of food. I had to rely on the bartender to order my drinks but she would rather be on her phone. When I asked for our drink bill and that we wanted to charge it to our room that took almost a half hour to get accomplished! (Our waiter for a food was great though, too bad he couldnt handle the drink potion since we were sitting at the bar). We stayed for our 20th anniversary and ended up ordering a pizza later that night. This was a very disappointing experience. We should've just stayed next door at the Marriott.
