Hotel in zona North Island College, Courtenay

Molto buono La scelta di piccoli hotel di città è limitata, questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno, è comodo per viaggiare, c'è un fiume dietro, ci sono caffè, 7/11, molto vicino. L'alba è bellissima e la colazione può essere selezionata in anticipo. La mattina dopo potrai ritirarlo o portarlo in camera. Ho portato il bambino a scegliere una camera con vasca idromassaggio, e il letto matrimoniale è sufficiente per una famiglia di tre persone (il bambino ha 2 anni). È comprensibile che non ci sia servizio di pulizia durante l'epidemia.

Il servizio di ricezione è molto nice

L'hotel è stato riavviato e situato nel cuore di Lund, il Lund Resort è stato pulito, confortevole e molto amichevole, il letto è stato confortevole e la gestione e il personale sono amichevole e utile. Grande cibo nel ristorante con una buona selezione di birre locali e prezzi ragionevoli per l'hotel e il ristorante.

The worst Ramada I've ever stayed in. An absolute dump! I should know, I paid for seven nights and every night I regretted my choice. Take a look at the photos, this demonstrates what we had to live with to try and make the heat bearable. Why so hot, the beds are located in a loft. All the heat collects up in the sleeping space, and little portable fans do absolutely nothing to cool things down. We had to sleep on top of the sheets in our underwear. Get used to sweating all night! The hotel staff refused to fix the AC. The first two days I asked three different staff if someone could fix it, only to be told that none of the AC works in the hotel. Bizarrely, when challenged that my friend two room doors down had AC, the staff members refused to acknowledge it as real. When I told them his room number, they still claimed that none of the rooms had AC. Talking to other guests, some had AC, some didn't. The ones that didn't were told nobody in the hotel had AC. This meant our patio door had to stay open all night long. So we got to enjoy adjoining rooms smoking on their balconies, which meant that as non-smokers we got stuck with second-hand smoke everyday and throughout the night. Other guests drinking and swearing on their patios, they might as well be doing it right inside your open doored room. Further, the hotel faces onto a busy highway, so all day and all night you get smashed with traffic noise. Half of the wall sockets don't work. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The staff aren't empowered to address any of the issues. Because the hotel is 50yrs old, it's dirty, worn-out, carpets and furniture are filthy, the bathroom is nasty, cleaning staff are absent on the weekends, etc, etc, and etc. I travel a lot. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it only cost $5 per night. Sadly I paid over $200 per night. Ramada, your should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! Room 314 Jul 10-17, 2023

Wow, wow, wow. Questo è un piacere di trovare. Situazione stupenda, personale amico e camere decente. Situato a metà strada tra Nanaimo e Ucelet/Tofino, il suo splendido piccolo hotel con solo poche camere - perfetto per una famiglia di 4 e tranquillo. Il lago è incredibilemente magnifico e abbiamo fatto uso completo dei caiacchi e dei paddleboard dell'hotel. C'è un calo nascosto di circa 30 minuti a piedi dove si devono usare corde per scendere (i nostri bambini, 9 e 14, LOVO). Abbiamo anche visto il barbecue (nome Justin dal personale 😀). Paste alimentari di base e tè/caffè per colazione. La cena era abbondante, deliziosa e non il prezzo standard - prova il pane fritto - e ragionevolmente prezzi per la quantità. Le barche sono parcheggiate regolarmente, quindi devono essere un buon posto anche per i locali. Ps Il negozio di prodotti alimentari e il camion taco sono gli ultimi fermi alimentari per circa 80 km, quindi ricordate di scortare se si va a Tolfino.
