I am a regular guest of the Crown Isle. It's one of our favorite places to stay. Always a great experience with wonderful staff, clean rooms. Rooms are stocked with more than expected.

I always stay at the Crown Isle when we have ferry cancellations. The proximity to the ferry terminal in Comox and the comfortable and beautiful scenery. Make it very appealing. It’s our favourite place to stay.

Same as always beautiful room, everything works, has everything one could ask for, I always get jacuzzi tub in bedroom and isn’t my first time here.

Tiles floors. We heard the man above us all night walking around moving things across tile floor. Extremely rough sleep. Beautiful views -was a bit of a shame to not get a great rest in such a serene location.

I booked this hotel and room in particular as a bonus to a remarkable young woman whom does sales for my company. The in room jacuzzi tub could not be used because there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Giving time in between to try again and it was an incredible disappointment. No consideration was given when reporting this to the hotel staff either.

There wasn’t very good sound proofing between units. People next door were up partying til 3 a.m. so I didn’t sleep well.

Nice property overall - the rooms are a bit tired and the noise transfer is terrible!! Could hear the unit next doors entire conversation and TV blaring both nights on my stay. Definitely need to improve the soundproofing between rooms with a shared door.
