"And in Gaussell, there's such a bad apartment, 645 euros a night 1. No towels 2. No quilt cover 3. The bed cover and pillow cover are disposable or they are turned out in the cabinet. There is no toilet paper. 5. Slippers, shampoo, shower gel, don't even think about it There is a heating in the room that is bad Everyone must be cautious when staying. Don't enter the pit again. The doorway was a road that didn't slip in or out at all."

"Questo è un hotel a prezzi costosi. Il buono: buon prezzo per i soldi Ideale per un breve soggiorno Camere pulite, sorprendentemente tranquille, nonostante il bar giù (siamo stati in una stanza al retro) Il bar giù era bello con personale amichevole Camminando alla gondola Ben attrezzata con la stanza di lancio, Più caldaia e asciugacapelli in camera Chiudi al negozio di noleggio sciistico Non così buono: Solo una scelta locale, a buon prezzo per cena (elefante bar), dove mangiamo 3 volte (principalmente cittadini e pizza). Per uscire per il giorno esplorando i 3 valli, abbiamo dovuto prendere 3 ascensori che ci hanno preso un po' (piccoli e inferiori corridoi disponibili dopo il primo ascensore) Colazione non servita fino alle 8:00, rendendo difficile ottenere il primo ascensore del giorno (08.30) Una macchina da caffè nella sala colazione ha fatto delle cucine per la colazione, e sarebbe stato bello avere sacchi di latte nella stanza, fare del tè. Un piccolo bin nella stanza - un cesto di carta da scarto sarebbe stato utile solo una chiave della stanza - non ideale per un gruppo di adulti che sciava in gruppi diversi e tornava in tempi diversi."

"Ci sono ancora un appartamento così cattivo a Gocheville, 645 euro una notte 1.Nessuna tovagliola 2. Non è coperto 3. Il letto e il letto di cappotto sono tutti una volta o sono girati nel letto 4.Non c'è carta igienica per il bagno 5. Lavatrice di peli, lavatrice di capelli, rivelazione di capelli, non pensare più 6.La stanza e il calore sono cattivi Tutti devono stare attenti a stare in piedi. Non entrare più nel nemico. La porta è che la strada non scivola in scivolo."

"Extremely compfortable have stayed a few times. Only poor experience is the breakfast service is poor , the staff are inconsistent and slow to take orders for hot drinks and cooked items. Great location and v clean. Please place a sign in the steam room , I brushed my leg against the v hot steam wand rather painful ."

"Our rooms were rather shabby and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Our rooms were in an annex/separate building across the busy main road and not in the main hotel which was not communicated at the time of booking. We booked a ‘family suite’ which consisted of 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, 1 shower room and toilet, and no living room/sitting area. Apparently in France a suite means something different from everywhere else! Communication between staff was poor. Some of the staff were a bit arrogant and couldn’t handle criticism. We would not recommend staying at this hotel with their inflated prices, pretentious attitude and shabby rooms."

"We really enjoyed our week in Courchevel. We went to this hotel with Crystal Ski. There are many good points. *Very reasonable price for Courchevel centre *Rooms are warm and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. *Close to the slopes (and shops). *Modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. *Friendly and helpful staff including the very present managers, Bruno and Eloise. *Rooms cleaned every day. *Complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries *Good quality breakfast and evening meal *Cosy bar/dining area with chilled atmosphere. Some downsides :- *Some aspects of the rooms are very tired eg carpets, curtains and wallpaper. *Although the rooms have balconies, don't expect fabulous views. Rear rooms face an alley and the back of shops. Front rooms have a large development blocking most of the view and are on the main road. *For beginners the only way to get to ski school involves two long flights of stairs in the main hub, La Croisette. *The ski room is in the basement of the apartment building next door. *There is no lift in the hotel (but there is one to the ski room). We were very glad to be on the first floor! *The evening meal is only one option as it is not actually a restaurant. Bit like being in a catered chalet which didn't bother us."
