Excellent overall. Top location, Ski in/out in the heart of town center. Perfect service. Great food and bar. Exceptionally clean. On the improvement side, duvet and pillow comfort is below expectations. Also, bath is missing any shower curtain.

Always great to come back home and be welcomed by the great and professional staff!! The location of the hotel, the food, the bar and bar staff, the services, ski room, valet etc and the hotel rooms were outstanding….,.

I recently stayed at Hotel Le Lana,and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view, making every moment truly memorable. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect blend of luxury, stunning scenery, and top-notch service.

Magical Hotel, Great Spa with outside jacuzzi, Gym, Friendly Staff, Delicious Food, Glamorous, Elegant and Chic Atmosphere at the lobby with piano bar & ski-in-ski out!). Ultra luxury cars to take you out, Rolls Royce and they can organize a Fantastic Adventure for sports. Top ESF instructors 🌟🥂🌟

Had a superb experience staying at Le Lana for a couples ski holiday. Perfect location, ski in ski out. 2 minutes from the main gondola’s. The hotel is very organised, especially at the ski room where our gear was set up every morning, ready for us to get out onto the slopes without fuss. We could buy ski passes at the concierge which was convenient, and they also secured many great dinner reservations for us. The rooms are cozy and not old in my opinion. It was a completely hassle free , super comfortable stay, we enjoyed every minute of it!

Upon my arrival, I met with the concierge service appearing aloof and inattentive. My requests for information were met with vague and unhelpful responses, leaving me to navigate the city's intricacies on my own. This was by far the biggest disappointment with my stay. One staff member at the concierge in particular whose name I cannot recall wearing a blue suit was extremely rude and was never willing to assist us through your stay. Upon entering my room, I was dismayed by its diminutive size and grimy condition. The lack of space left me feeling claustrophobic and uncomfortable, and I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities, such as a minibar or coffee maker. More importantly ALL the corridors in the hotel were sensored and should have been ALWAYS on which is common for every 5 star hotel. Upon entering the breakfast area, I was dismayed by the unimaginative selection of items on offer. There were barely any options from the buffet for vegetarians. Regrettably, my unpleasant experience did not end there. The hotel's gym, touted as a state-of-the-art facility, was a dingy and poorly maintained space that was woefully under-equipped. The equipment, was not upto the mark and the cramped quarters made exercise an unpleasant experience. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this hotel, which I had hoped would provide a luxurious and comfortable stay. The small rooms, combined with the inadequate gym and poor concierge service specifically the guy on day duty in blue suit, made for an unpleasant and forgettable stay. I would advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more fulfilling experience, as this establishment is not deserving of its purportedly high standards.
