Tempi di attesa eccessivi per il check-in: Siamo arrivati ​​in hotel in anticipo, ma ci è stato comunicato che il check-in era previsto solo per le 15:00. Al nostro ritorno all'orario stabilito, le nostre camere non erano ancora pronte. L'ultima camera ha impiegato oltre 30 minuti in più per essere preparata, causando inutili ritardi. Standard di pulizia scadenti: Entrato in camera, sono rimasto sorpreso nel trovare un membro del personale dell'hotel ancora dentro con la porta chiusa. Quando ho chiesto se la camera fosse stata pulita, mi ha assicurato di sì. Tuttavia, dopo aver controllato il letto, ho notato subito delle macchie di sporco e ho richiesto un cambio di lenzuola. Ho dovuto aspettare in camera per circa 15 minuti prima che il problema si risolvesse. Attendenza inaspettatamente lunga per l'ascensore: L'ascensore era estremamente lento: ci sono voluti circa 20 minuti per andare dall'8° piano al piano terra. Cauzione trattenuta dall'hotel: Mentre aspettavo il check-out alla reception, ho chiesto di saldare la cauzione, ma il personale si è rifiutato, insistendo che me l'avrebbero restituita in seguito e invitandomi ad andarmene. Al momento il deposito è ancora trattenuto.

A piedi per circa 10 minuti fino alla stazione La Défense, c'è un centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Alcuni ristoranti e un supermercato all'interno.

This hotel stay was originally meant to be a birthday celebration something to look forward to. However, upon arrival, we had to wait long time just to check in. After finally getting the room key, it didn’t work, and we had to call staff to open the door for us. Upon entering the room, we found the carpet covered in stains, and the toilet paper holder, door frames, and other areas were filthy with grime. There was also a strong moldy smell in the bathroom. When we complained at the front desk, they offered no real solution to the problems. To make matters worse, the room service phone line was constantly unavailable. There was simply no service to speak of. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning.

The room was clean and good-sized. Also walking distance to Westfield shopping mall and the metro lines. Gym was small but good enough for a quick workout.

Convenient location for business trips to La Defence area of Paris. Good breakfast and good facilities in room - apart from the lack of coffee creamer / milk. Not a great location for tourists unless you are looking to go shopping. During nighttime there are a few restaurants within walking distance in Courbevoie. The metro is a short walk of around 500m to the square and taxis can always be found at “the thumb” statue nearby.
