Great hotel situated down by the river. Clean and modern rooms, with complementary toiletries, fine swimming pool and excellent leisure facilities. Food both at dinner and breakfast was lovely Friendly and helpful staff make for a great place to stay.

Just back from three night stay in Jacksons hotel. beautiful clean and spacious room we had. The room had everything you would need. Food was amazing and great choice for breakfast. Lovely forest walk right beside the hotel. All staff very helpful and friendly especially mention to Laura who help us with our booking over the phone. This our second time in Jacksons hotel looking forward to our return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Jackson’s Hotel while on a work trip up to Donegal from Kerry in May 2024. Everyone was so friendly and the room was spotless. Had lunch and dinner there and it was delicious. There is a stunning walk out the back of the hotel too. Would highly recommend.

The management is the problem at Jackson's Hotel. My wife politely called to give them feedback about our lunch experience, and one of their 'many' managers, Caroline, refused to believe her. The food was substandard, to say the least. Jackson's Hotel used to be professional and friendly, but sadly, it is now run by defensive and arrogant staff. NEVER AGAIN!

Great stay, beautiful clean and spacious room. The rooms had everything you would have needed. Food was amazing, beautiful rose wine. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, so kind and helpful. Can’t wait for a return visit thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely hotel to relax in with a lovely homely atmosphere. The open fire in the foyer area is a great place to sit back, relax & watch the world go by!! The staff are very friendly, accommodating & great at recommending places to go. Great food too. Will definitely be back !

Wonderful hotel we had a lovely 2 night stay couldn't ask for better staff and accommodation food was amazing and leisure centre was a bonus, can't wait to return with either our friends or with our family sometime in the very near future I await your future deals

We had an amazing three night stay in Jacksons hotel. From the time we walked through the front door until we left 😪it didn't disapoint. The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It was just after Easter and their were Easter eggs left in our room, it was a lovely treat. We ate in the bar each evening, we had planned to eat out on one evening but the food was delicious,so we didn't need to. To be honest, when we parked up our car on the Sunday evening, we didn't move it again until we were leaving on Wednesday morning. We spent each morning in the leisure centre, and i even manage to do an aerobics class on the Tuesday morning, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are lovely in the leisure centre. Beside the hotel , there's a lovely river walk, highly recommended. Our room was to the front of the hotel, and it was flooded with light. The bed was so comfortable with big fluffy pillows. The bathroom was newly refurbished, with a large shower and big mirror. Definitely we will be returning to this hotel, we couldn't fault it in any way. Its so welcoming, and the staff are amazing.
