Welcome to the Buttercup Cottage! Located in Western North Carolina. A very well-appointed studio cottage. Easy one mile walk to downtown Hendersonville, sidewalks the entire way. Convenient drive to Pisgah National Forest access and many hiking trails and waterfalls within a 30 minute drive. The Buttercup Cottage offers a king size bed, 6 pillows, luxury linens, full size 6' couch, 5' desk, WiFi, charging cords, smart TV, full size kitchen with all cooking accessories, coffee bar, spacious walk-in shower, all towels provided. Shark HEPA air purifier. Fully fenced yard with secure access. Patio furniture and umbrella. Pet canopies for both large and small pets, pet bowls, leashes, paw booties, paw wash canister, pet towels and portable dog water bowls all provided. Hiking sticks and umbrellas, bug repellent and first aid kits, sewing kits, washer/dryer access if needed with iron and ironing board. Tile floors throughout, area rug in living area. Welcome to Tree House Cottage. This 1940's vintage cottage provides a fusion of historic Appalachian charm with classic lake cottage style. Perched high in the trees on a wooded acre in the beautiful Lake Summit area. The cottage features a large, open living room, kitchen with a rustic 100 year old poplar tree bar, flanked by logs that reach from floor to ceiling, and a craftsman style stone fireplace.Two cozy bedrooms each have king size beds and charming decor. The master bedroom has a large private bath with clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and a stack washer-dryer unit. The common bathroom has a custom vanity, copper vessel sink and full-size tub/shower combo.  Enjoy dining on the covered screen porch, or step out and enjoy the impressive outdoor deck. Build a fire in the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy a night under the stars in the private four person hot tub. Attention to every detail has been taken at the Treehouse Cottage. A cozy stone home with an artistic flair, Geode Cottage is in a neighborhood 1.2 miles from the interstate and 2 miles from downtown Hendersonville. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, the cottage invites parties of up to 6 people and pets ($30/pet). Fifteen minutes from the Asheville Airport, half an hour from Asheville, the Pisgah National Forest, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this location allows quick access to some of the best gems in WNC.Geode Cottage has parking for several cars, a well equipped laundry nook, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining table. The living room boasts a flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom is spacious and has an allocated reading nook with a comfy velvet couch. The additional bedroom hosts the second TV with streaming services. Both bedrooms have highly reviewed Tuft and Needle mattresses. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower that await you after an active day of outdoor adventures, shopping, or brewery/foodie-hopping. There is also an enclosed privacy fence for you or your dogs to enjoy the backyard without the bother of seeing other neighbors. There is a designated fire pit with chairs for your outdoor enjoyment; please be safe!Amenities of the kitchen:-coffee-coffee maker-stove-microwave-fridge/freezer-toaster oven-salt, pepper, and oil-blender-cooking ware-cooking utensils-and more, should you need anything specific, please let us knowThere is no sidewalk or street parking, but there is ample parking in the driveway for several vehicles. The road is 50 ft in front of the house. It offers quick access to downtown and therefore is used frequently, so there is noise from cars. We do like to let guests know that our driveway is around a blind curve, so be careful pulling out of the property. There is, however, a bubble mirror across the street that allows guests to see around the curve for oncoming traffic.Flat rock park and jackson park are less than five minutes away and have many trails. This cozy cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility for a relaxing, car-free getaway.You will delight in this light filled airy cottage with vaulted ceilings in every room!The cottage was originally built Pre-1900 but everything has been rebuilt including the foundation and floor joists. We tried to maintain the essence of the original cottage, and your comfort was at the heart of all our design decisions. There are 3 bedrooms, two with king beds, and one with a queen. The primary bedroom in the back of the cottage has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The two front bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a half bath off the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large island, built in bar and breakfast nook. There are outdoor spaces in the front of the house and a deck out back to enjoy your stay. There is a grill and table and chairs on the deck.
