Enter on the first level where you will find Bedroom #1 (king bed with shared bathroom located right beside this bedroom). The washer/dryer is also located on this level. Up a few steps is the second level where the main living room, kitchen, and dining room is located. Admire the wonderful ocean views from this level and also access the beach from the deck The next few stairs lead to level three where Bedroom #2 (twin bed & twin bunk bed set) and Bedroom #3 (queen bed) share access to bathroom#2. Walk up a few more steps to the best views of the ocean from level four. There are two oceanfront bedrooms (bedroom#4: queen bed, bedroom#5: king bed). The Emerald cottage is a charming, fully renovated 1950s beach cottage one block to the beach! Hear ocean waves from the master bedroom w/ a queen bed, en-suite bath & claw foot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck or gather together in the open living area. There’s a hall bath & guest bedroom with desk area too! Unique & cozy, this cottage has it all with modern amenities, family fun, bikes a fire-pit, hot tub, a 3 minute walk to the beach access at the end of both streets on either side of the cottage! It’s pet friendly & close to city center!There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an outdoor shower as well, to clean off after the fun beach days! The master bedroom en suite has a queen bed with clawfoot tub, water closet, pedestal sink and closet. The hall bath is next to the guest bedroom that has a double bed with a closet and a desk area to work from home. Call bathhouse a tile shower, toilet and sink. The stackable washer and dryer are in the hallway next to the bathroom for your convenience while staying in the cottage. The cottage is fully renovated with all new appliances. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room for those cozy movie nights together. It also has 3 comfy beds (1 King / 2 Queen), 3 Samsung smart TVs, a Bluetooth stereo receiver, 5G WIFI and full-size washer/dryer. Plus there’s a huge deck, outdoor shower and a beach cart you're welcome to use.Sip your morning coffee lounging in an Adirondack chair on the shady deck. Catch a nap in one of our hammocks. And bring your bicycles because the bike path (1/2 block away) takes you to wooded trails, nearby eateries, mini-golf, a wine shop and much more. Take a family stroll to the beach with your eyes peeled for whitetail deer that roam around the neighborhood at dusk. Our beach cottage has been in the family since 1982.
