Welcome to our city centre cottage located only a 5 min walk from Canterbury West train station and 12 mins to the Marlowe theatre. It is also close to the UKC university.Built in 1894 this historical cottage in St Dunstans boasts many original features whilst incorporating a modern, quirky & cosy twist.The lounge has original exposed brick work with a functioning log burner. The bathroom has a traditional roll top bath and separate shower. The courtyard garden is a unique outdoor space.The spaceWe will supply logs and kindling for the log burner between the months of October and March.Guest accessThere is a path that goes across the garden for shared outdoor access by the neighbours although this is very rarely used.Other things to noteThe front door of the cottage opens onto the pavement. There is a pedestrian crossing nearby so the vehicles are not travelling fast, but during the day there will be traffic noise, less so at the weekends.
