Santa grotti Santa Rosa Costa Teguise After ready the reviews I was really looking forward to this trip with my daughter in law & Grandson ! I’m not sure now wether people are blind or they write there own reviews … 1/On arrival we was told there was a two & a half hour wait for our room .. 2/Finally we got into our apartment there was a strong smell of paint soon to find it was to cover mould in the bathroom asked for a room change told there was nothing … 3/ looking around the apartment the curtains are filthy & have holes or cigarette burns , 4/windows filthy 5/ freezer door broke ( we was told no parts to fix it ) 6/floors inside & out filthy only seen a mop once a week on change over day ( in my opinion as my feet were as black as black when getting in the shower) 7/bedding was not changed we had to ask on day 5 & was told cleaner has gone you can do it yourself ,we was also told you do realise we don’t clean you’re apartment ie wash your pots I said if you give me a mop & brush I’m happy to do it but my own would not fit in my case ! 8/outside table a finger hazard for kiddies , 9/bins around the apartments were full not emptied regular , - [ ] 10/ Breakfast area outside filthy, glass on the floor ( on the third day I mentioned it as it hadn’t been picked up) - [ ] 11/ Windows filthy ( breakfast area) 12/ Breakfast counter staff disappeared at 10am so no eggs, pancakes top ups or omelettes ( at 10.30am the hotel staff arrive & the counter staff appear & get whatever they require ) 13/ Pool area filthy sun-beds smelly drains & the outer parts of the pool.. Overall this is not worth a 3.5 star accommodation award more like 2 .. The pictures I have put with this review backs my opinion I am very unhappy & feel disappointed & let down . I hope they clean yes literally Clean there act up .
