Excelente hotel ,tranquilo,limpio así como su personal al completo,en cuanto a la comida muy pero que muy buena,bien hecha ymejor presentada,mucha variedad y creo que nadie se puede quejar(es mi opinión),habitaciones amplias y muy limpias , y la situación excelente.En definitiva mi Enhorabuena.

Mi experiencia...magnica , repetiria sin dudarlo...la ubicación , el hotel , el personal , etc...total maravilloso , lo mejor es ir con el todo incluido porque es conseguir lo máximo de la experiencia en el hotel...gracias

All the staff are great and very helpfull. They speack French, English, German, Portuguese and others. Rooms are very clean, large and with air condition. Large lobby with reception, bar and relax area. One big pool with two tobogans for kids and one big jacuzi and many sun loungers. The hotel give you free towels for the pool. You also have the beach very near, and the water is hot with small waves. Animation team is 5 stars during all day in the pool and during the night with shows in the theater. Kids club - Delfi, is one of the best for kids with activity's during all day, breakfast with kids and thematic dinner's with the hotel maskot Delfi. Superb breakfast, internacional buffet for lunch and dinner with show cocking. The ALL INCLUSIVE is a great option that includes alcohol drinks. It is recommended for family's with kids.

The hotel is well located and has a very clean pool area. It is tired generally, and there are lots of areas that were clearly in need of maintenance (common areas, bar equipment, lift, crazy golf). Our room was in average condition with some areas that had not been cleaned. The food was probably the worst I have ever eaten in Spain. Poor quality food, badly cooked, little choice and bar meals served cold. Very poor value for money. There are much better hotels nearby with much better quality for the same price

Best stay ever! First time experiencing all inclusive and loved it. Spent my birthday here and they surprised me with champagne! 10/10. Lovely staff, well cleaned room. Jet ski was super fun. Went during school holidays so lots of family, but not too bad, it was a easy walk to the beach. Checked out Ayamonte on one of the days, 15 min taxi journey, definitely worth checking out!

I loved the hotel, the staff were always five star and very friendly. Good functioning of the pool and water slides. The only negative point was the food and cleanliness. The food wasn't very good, in my opinion. As for cleaning, I felt like they only did the minimum. I almost forgot, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in this hotel, I would advise you to be prepared for that.

The entire team is very professional, friendly and efficient. But I want to highlight the work of the animators, who are incredible and are the reason why we returned to this hotel again. Our children (12 and 4 years old) spend the day doing activities with them, and with all the friends they make during the activities. We will most likely return next year.

I'm a tour leader of a group of 35 pax from Portugal who stayed 1 week at this amazing hotel. I would like to highlight the kindness of all staff and to express my best gratitude for the amazing Angel. Congratulations to the Management for giving the opportunity to special needs people as Angel of working in yours hotel and interacting with the guests. In the past I worked several years as Resort Recreation Manager and also had the chance of working in a summer camp for special needs people in the USA. Unfortanetlly there are not many hotels who gives the opportunity to special needs people to work in and develop their skills. I'm glad I see the things are changing in Play Canela Hotel. In behalf of my 35 pax, muchas gracias, thank you very much, muito obrigado. 4 stars hotel with 5 people staff and Managment!

I stayed at the hotel, and the service was outstanding. From the reception, where we were warmly welcomed, to the housekeeping staff, who kept everything spotless every day. The restaurant was always a 10, ensuring that every meal was an experience. The entire staff paid attention to every detail, making my stay truly special. Plus, the facilities are in perfect condition, and the beach is a true paradise. Highly recommended!
