El hotel perfecto pero alrededor del hotel no hay nada. Es para ir a hacer vida de hotel o moverte continuamente con el coche

Todos muy limpio el buffet no vale nada las instalación limpias y súper mega simpáticos los trabajadores pero el buffet no os lo aconsejo

Absolutely beautiful hotel . All staff in every area Bar/Life guards/waiters/reception/cleaners was so friendly and helpful . The actual hotel its self is stunning and so clean . We were Half board but as soon as we arrived we upgraded to All inclusive which was 💯 worth it ( FYI there is 3 levels of AI to which give you different levels . We had Premium AI so worth it.) Food is plentiful and very tasty . Pooll area so pretty and also a. Bonus of a small aqua park on site . Rooms were beautiful spacious and the best beds I’ve ever slept in We didn’t leave the hotel for our whole 5 day trip accept for 2 hours at the beach which is 2 minutes walk away . Because we had everything thing we wanted on site. This is mainly Spanish 🇪🇸 visitors at this hotel but me and my friend really liked this as it gave it an authentic feel and to be honest everyone was kind and lovely. I have to say the animation team was all great we took part in riffel shooting and Aqua dance everyday which was fun. Big shout to the life guards especially Miguel helpful and friendly. And the bar staff helpful with translation and Agustova ( I think that’s how you pronounce his name ) on pouring us wonderful new tasting drinks. All in all to us 5 STARS every were and YES I would come back . Thank you Hotel PLAYABELLENA for having us !

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in the rooms were amazing cleaned daily and even had a bath . As a large party we expected to struggle to find sunbeds but even in the day we arrived we were able to get sunbeds together no problem at all . The only problem was the pool was a little too cold . As a very fussy eater I don’t expect much but to my surprise I had something to eat our whole stay without any problems . It was a totally chilled holiday no loud music around the pool which was lovely. The hotel caterers very much for the Spanish very little English is spoken but it was a great holiday great atmosphere

Everything about the hotel was fantastic rooms were excellent Food was great facilities were perfect But most of all that we were impressed with all the staff From the front desk to the waiters to the cleaners are fantastic everyone has a smile and so polite definitely recommend this to everybody

ESPECTACULAR PLAYABALLENA SIEMPRE. Inmejorables instalaciones, ubicación, playa, todo de maravilla. SEMANA SANTA en FAMILIA...la mía y la propia del personal de PLAYABALLENA que se dedican a que disfrutes muchísimo de tus vacaciones. FERMÍN de recepción y MIGUEL ÁNGEL y todo el equipo. En COMEDOR SANDRA, ÁNGEL, LORENZO, BORJA, JESÚS, CRISTOBAL, CHARI, MANUEL, VERÓNICA, CLAUDIA...PUUUFFF...todos y más...los mejores. En el SPA IRENE y SANDRA con la jefa EVA magníficas. Gracias al GERENTE MIGUEL ÁNGEL por estar siempre pendiente de todo y con esa educación que da gusto hablar con él. Y los MEJORES en MAYÚSCULAS ¡¡¡¡ EL EQUIIPO DE ANIMACIÓN...con el JEFE MANU a la cabeza, sus manos derechas, ELENA Y JENNY...!!! y vaya equipazo de chicas y chicos...sois los mejores..hacéis las vacaciones mejor...a nuestros hijos felices...y esos espectáculos dignos de BROADWAY...este último de MAMMA MÍA para quitarse el sombrero. SARA, ALI, ALBERTO, JAVI, ALE, PAOLA, TERE, y el resto... ¿ ALGUNA COSA A MEJORAR? Esta SEMANA SANTA hemos notado la comida algo mejor, los guisos con más cariño, la plancha con más cuidado y con algo mejor el productor...quizás cuando se van tantos días falta algo de variedad y sorpresa...la zona de postres es siempre lo mismo...faltan SORPRESAS en el buffet...es algo que hay que darle un punto más. GRACIAS un año más !!! Y por último y muy muy importante...JEFES DE LA CADENA...RESPONSABLES...ESTÁIS SUBIENDO EL PRECIO DEMASIADO...reduciendo las ofertas de venta anticipada, con fechas especiales...y los bolsillos lo notan...una pena porque estáis enseñándonos el camino hacia otras cadenas...cuando antes ni mirábamos a otro lado que no fuera PLAYASENATOR.

Nice sized room, staff was very friendly. The restaurant was really nice. Lots of good food options.

Excellent hotel stunning location . Staff amazing . The food was great quality . Would highly recommend. Beautiful looked after and so clean . Centre is 10 mins walk nice shops and local restaurants. Great supermarket
