Hotel in zona Owain Glyndŵr, Corwen

Stavo qui per una notte per un matrimonio. Bella posizione, ma difficile da raggiungere se non guida (taxi disponibile, ma piuttosto costoso). Il personale era molto amichevole e gentile. Ho avuto un problema con la mia stanza e si sono immediatamente trasferiti per guardare. Ho dovuto cambiare le stanze alla fine e sono stati molto utili e mi hanno dato un Prosecco gratuito per il problema (anche se non era un problema!). La colazione era buona e il letto era comodo. Vorrei avere più tempo per passare nella zona, perché era così bella!

Free parking - big plus. We had booked B&B. With FREE continental breakfast @ £45 per night for two. Welcomed by contractors outside the hotel who were very hospitable, although busy emptying their van........is the hotel fit for access we thought.....we were assured it would be completed tonight?? What would be completed tonight?? Christmas decorations & decorators had arrived from the Black Country and what a job they did. (see my photo taken during dinner) A welcoming entrance into the modern, newly carpeted, well lit, open bar. Onward into the reception area and dining room where we were greeted by the owner?? and a member of the reception staff, who was very professional and gave us all the information we required about the hotel and escorted us to our room. A new grey carpet followed us right up to our room and beyond. A very clean, warm and comfortable bedroom. Ensuite with all the home comforts, including tea, coffee, TV, comfortable warm bed, etc. We had intended going out for a meal but due the long day decided to check the menu for an evening meal in and it was too good to miss. The draught beer was exceptional as was the wine of our choice for the dinner. Our dinner choice was fresh, well presented and as tasty as any I have ever tasted in my lifetime.. What's more it was delicious. How could we fault this hotel, we couldn't, best value for money and in a thriving village, Glyn Ceiriog. Must be amazing in the summer.....for us it was a cold damp and dreary night, but thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommended this hotel. As a well known actor and diplomat said ”We'll be back” or was it ””I'll be back? Thank you so much.
