Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is right off the highway which is convenient with plenty of gas stations and a diner just down the road. No shortage of parking.

I was able to park right outside my door, and it felt like a safe area. The staff/family who ran the motel were all very sweet. The room was clean, and had a mini fridge, microwave, space heater, and air conditioner. The room was just the right size for my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

The Cortland Motel is an old motel that could use an update. The room was clean and fine for the one night we were there. Definitely could use a makeover.

The property needs updating and smelled old . Perhaps some room fresheners and either new carpet or new flooring. I'm not a germ-a- phobe, but the floors looked like a breeding ground for germs.

Only stayed the one night. But was conveniently close to town and all shopping/dining. In a world that is so overpriced, this was a very reasonable option.

Great.condition for a vintage Motel brought back many good memories of long past vacations across the country. Thanks for the memories and a comfortable clean stay.

Nice, clean and affordable room. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Not much within walking distance, but it’s convenient to the highway.

It not good at i want refund back. Thier noqueen bed like it said no hard flloor only carpets floors falling down
