In the upper level it has one main private bedroom with a queen size bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small sitting room area that has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses for additional sleeping. The kitchen and bathroom are in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. A large living room downstairs, has queen size pull-out couch for additional sleeping as needed. A dining area and laundry is also there for your use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available.The apartment has 2 attached garages that are not part of the rental and access is not permitted at this time. But otherwise, the whole apartment living area is available for use.Homer is a centrally located village that is approximately 30 minutes from Syracuse to the North, Binghamton to the South, Ithaca to the Southwest and Skaneateles to the West. Each of these areas are easily accessible from the apartment location.
