Tutto perfetto, anche se è un po lontano dil centro di Madrid ( 1 ora 15 ' in metro), il personale molto disponibile e gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. E di avere in considerazione. Colazione 9€ ma si po mangiare di tutto eccellente

Ottimo servizio, anche se avevamo chiesto una camera con letto matrimoniale e ce ne hanno dati due piccoli. Ottima posizione Appena sopra la stazione di Chamartin per spostarsi ovunque. La prima volta è un po' difficile trovare l'ingresso perché bisogna salire delle scale e non ci sono cartelli da nessuna parte. altrimenti fantastico

Vicino all'aeroporto di Madrid, ci vogliono circa 30 minuti per arrivarci a piedi. Questo ostello della gioventù sarà dotato di tende, che possono comunque fornire un senso di privacy, c'è uno spazio per i bagagli sotto il letto e l'hotel offre anche la connessione WiFi gratuita. Se volete prendere un volo la mattina presto, consideratelo, l'unica cosa negativa è che ci sono troppe recinzioni all'esterno, quindi dovete fare una deviazione.

Clean rooms, nice reception, location in a center of Tres Cantos. Price for reservation acceptable, breakfast you have to pay extra but is not the best one. In general good experience, want to stay again

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Viaggiamo con 40 studenti di 12 anni e il trattamento di tutto il personale è stato eccellente. Le camere e i bagni sono ampie e il letto molto comodo. La colazione molto variabile e la cena fantastica. Molto ben situato. Congratulazioni a tutti i membri del personale di reception, ristorante e pulizia. Ripetiamo l'esperienza !!!

Abbiamo avuto una notte q siamo stati q l warner e l verità q è stata una scelta giusta. Camera molto ampia super pulita, riformulata e super bella xa i bambini tematica come un castello.. loro chifo!!! Il bagno aperto, pulito e un piatto di doccia enorme. Il personale super amabile e ci lasciamo un giocattolo del bambino e ci hanno salvato fino a q potevamo tornare a x il. Il tema del caffè e del cacao gratis la verità q un punto a vostro favore è grato. Senza dubbio torneremo e molto consigliabile se vai alla Werner già q è a 10 minuti in auto. L'unica prende parcheggio completo quando arrivamo xo tb erano le 12 d di notte xo non c'è stato alcun problema nel parcheggio vicino.

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and *********** also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

Hotel più normale. Tutto era dentro quello che ci aspettava finché non ci è stato detto di togliere una bottiglia di acqua dalla macchina. Ci porto 1,50. Le abbiamo raccontato quello che è successo al bordo della ricezione e la sua risposta è stata che non era responsabile della macchina che era un venditore e che spesso succede. Abbiamo chiesto una soluzione, ci ha detto di chiamare il telefono che metteva sulla macchina. L'uomo un po' stupido, gli abbiamo detto che se fosse rovinata, almeno la spegnerebbe per non accadere a più persone, e ci ha detto che non e' sua. Pertanto capisco che si porti i soldi che restano nella macchina per i modi sbagliati abbiamo messo una scheda di reclami. Le camere sono di solito, letto duro e cuscini morbidi.
