When we arrived rooms were not ready. When they did tell us in the lobby that are rooms were ready now and gave us keys we came up with all our bags to find our rooms still not ready and full of beer, trash, gross disgusting rooms. Pool was brown hot tub brown. Will not stay again. Worst hotel I’ve been to yet

The hotel is dated but they are doing a good job to keeping it maintained. The cleaning staff were outstanding! The beds are very comfortable.

Horrible experience. My room was dirty. There was no guide for the tv channels. The back sliding door was hard to open and close. Everything in the room was rusty. The ceilings were dirty. The staff made me wait an extra 30 minutes to check in even though the room was ready, and tried charge a $60 fee if I wanted to check in right away. The fitness room door was broken. Breakfast was not free (ridiculous pricing) it’s cheaper to eat somewhere else.

Nothing was as advertised. No working heated pool, no bubbles in the hot tub. The entire place smelled foul!!

Building is too old and not clean , customer service is worst . Fire alarm goes off in night . And loud noice in night from other room . No phone available in room for room service .

The room was clean. The staff is also nice. But the building is showing its age and I think they need to remodel in the hall ways. I don’t think a deposit also needs to be required if so ******* needs to let the resident know before booking

We decided to stay here because of the indoor pool due to the weather being cold. The pool are was smelly and the hot tub water was brown in color and extremely smelly. The beach access was the best. Breakfast buffet is a joke. The food was horrible and expensive. The area was a plus close to other restaurants and things to do. There is very little parking we had to park far from our room and in the parking lot was not very well lit. The beds were comfortable but the bathrooms could use some updating there were holes in the ceiling and rust in the shower.

The place was just not worth the price. The pool was freezing! The host at the breakfast line wasn’t friendly. It’s important to see a friendly face when you are paying $14 a person for bacon and eggs in the morning. The hotel is what you’d expect at a beach sandy, humid. The beds weren’t comfy.
