We enjoyed our stay at Two Seasons Coron. It was close to town proper and there available tuktuks outside the whole which was convenient. If you want to open the curtains and enjoy some sunlight, book facing the sea. Ours was by the road so every time we step out so hang something, we have an audience lol This is something I will consider again next time but over all, it was a pleasant stay.
Please change your hand bar soap to just a bottle soap, for sustainability purposes. They already have shampoo, body wash and lotion and refillable bottles which was good to see. Bar soaps dont finish in 3 days, and a shame thinking were it will end up after use. Thanks!

Location of this hotel was not convenient.
Staff was eager to help but falls short due to ignorance. Everyone was nice enough though and tried their best. Front desk was very helpful in booking excursions and answering questions professionally.
Cleanliness was average. The whole room smelled of sewer and I did not get the feeling sanitation was priority.
The food was astonishingly mediocre at best. Left over dinner items were used for breakfast the next day. I had to eat breakfast at the hotel simply due to convenience but only stuck with eggs, toast and the somewhat fresh fruits.
Overall I would not stay at this hotel again and would pay more to be centrally located in the future

Il personale era molto accogliente e il posto era abbastanza pulito. Tuttavia, la posizione è molto lontano dal drago principale , quindi se rimanere qui, dovrete noleggiare un scooter o prendere tricicli. Il colazione ha bisogno di meglio e anche la piscina non era aperta . Solo wifi è nella zona di ricezione ; nessuno nella camera che ho soggiornato. A causa della posizione e della zona ci sono anche un sacco di bug!

I don't know who to blame, but the information on this app is very misleading. It was mentioned that our room would have an air conditioner, but it doesn't. When we arrived, we realized that the room only has a fan. The service desk told us that it was Trip.com's fault, but I'm not sure.

Questo è un hotel tranquillo e rilassato. L'aria condizionata può rendere la tua stanza molto fredda, il che è fantastico quando sei fuori al sole per troppo tempo a fare tutti i fantastici tour dell'isola intorno a Coron! La stanza è abbastanza confortevole e il personale la pulirebbe ogni giorno. La mia unica lamentela è lo scarico della doccia, si scaricava molto lentamente e l'acqua fuoriusciva dalla doccia. C'è uno scarico fuori dalla doccia ma ha comunque bagnato il pavimento e mi ha inzuppato le pantofole. Il personale è molto gentile, saluta sempre. Questo hotel si trova in cima ad una collina, proprio fuori dalla città. Farai un buon esercizio qui, è molto vicino all'ingresso del Monte Tapyas. Puoi vedere il cartello Coron dall'hotel. L'hotel offre il trasporto per l'aeroporto e puoi pagare prezzi bassi per i fantastici tour dell'isola. Puoi pagare l'hotel per i tour e gli host del tour ti verranno a prendere all'hotel e ti riporteranno al termine del tour. La colazione è discreta e la piscina è molto bella e rilassante. Il cibo e le bevande al bar sul tetto sono fantastici e la vista è fantastica!

Questo hotel è in una grande posizione. Molto elementare ma c'è così tanto da fare e vedere nella zona che non trascorrerete tempo nella vostra stanza. La stanza è pulita e il personale è amichevole.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto buona, a soli 5 minuti dal molo e molto vicino al centro città.Il tuk-tuk costa 30 pesos a persona, anche se non ci sono molti negozi decenti nel centro città. Il servizio è molto buono, l'igiene è buona e ci sono 3 piscine, di cui una per bambini. La reception è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci a contattare il servizio di connessione dell'hotel successivo, il che è stato semplice. Gli articoli da toeletta sono relativamente rudimentali, non c'è il balsamo, la qualità dello shampoo non è molto buona e il condizionatore d'aria della finestra nella stanza è troppo rumoroso. Ho deciso di soggiornare qui solo per la comodità di andare al mare, non c'è spiaggia, ma altri hotel in questa zona non hanno spiagge, questa non è una località balneare innanzitutto. Il ristorante non è grande e la colazione è piuttosto ricca, i tre tipi di porridge sono davvero deliziosi e anche i pasticcini sono abbastanza buoni.

KKaliannaThe resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~

UUtente ospiteSiamo arrivati e ci hanno annunciato che erano in overbooking, quindi ci hanno proposto di trasferirci nel loro hotel di fronte per una notte, dicendo che era « già un upgrade » e poi ritrasferirci in questo hotel. Significa disfare le valigie, fare nuovamente le valigie, fare il check-in e il check-out due volte, il che è scomodo dato che sono incinta, dopo aver litigato un po' siamo riusciti a fare colazione solo un giorno, anche se in cambio di un risarcimento.
Arrivati a colazione alle 9:45, era già abbastanza vuoto, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di riempirlo. Chiaramente non vale 355 php a persona, non consiglierei di fare colazione qui, una delle peggiori colazioni a buffet che abbiamo avuto.
Anche la cena era pessima, poche patatine fritte per 180 php, ad esempio. Caro, non buonissimo, consiglierei di prendere un triciclo e andare in centro: il conto sarà probabilmente lo stesso per cibo di migliore qualità.
Quando furono trasferiti nell'ultima stanza, c'era polvere sul pavimento. Connessione Internet molto scarsa e rete Globe che non è in grado di utilizzare i dati.
L'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa in entrambe le stanze.
Una nota positiva: la camera è decente e la piscina è bella, ritornerei per la camera. Dovevamo andare al pronto soccorso e abbiamo perso la navetta per l'aeroporto, ci hanno gentilmente portato lì in macchina, il che è stata una cosa grandiosa e in un certo senso ci ha salvato!

La posizione è un po' lontana dalla città, ma puoi arrivarci a piedi in 8-10 minuti. Il bagno era relativamente piccolo e avrei preferito uno specchio in camera. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno fantastico.

UUtente ospiteWe had a pleasant stay BUT the check in was not a good experience. We were thankful that we got to check in at an earlier time (around 1-1:30pm) but we were disappointed that upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. We have 1 large size luggage and 1 small one. After checking in, we were told that we are going to be assisted by one of their staff to our room. We expected that our luggage will be brought to our room but no one did that. The staff who assisted us did not really assist as helping with our luggage, she was just accompanying us to our room, she could not assist us because this staff might not be able to carry our big luggage so we did not ask her to carry it for us. Its just hard to carry the luggage because the room is far from the lobby and the pathway going to the room is not flat or smooth that is suitable for the luggage to be pushed. We had to carry our luggage all the way to our room.
Good points are, the room is huge, the pool is large enough. Breakfast is decent. Wifi is good.
Bad points, that time our cellular network has no signal, brown out some times but good thing they have generator.
Please be mindful of your guests. From the arrival, to departure please be aware of their needs. The hotel itself is very good but the service should be improved.

UUtente ospiteSecond booking with Vela Terraces and we made the same request to put us in a lower floor so we don’t have to climb all the stairs with our young toddler but unfortunately they were fully booked so we got a room on the 4th floor. It wasn’t that bad because the staff helped move ALL our luggage for us and we had 2 large hard suitcases plus a huge backpack carrier and multiple smaller bags which were all heavy. Very much appreciated the help! Since we knew about all the stairs from the reviews, there’s nothing to complain about. Despite no free upgrade because they were fully booked, the bed like the first time was very comfortable and the service was just as good as the first. The bathroom however wasn’t as nice as the Family room which was where we stayed during our first visit. It’s an open shower with a piece of glass that covers half the shower but water can still spray out. The bathroom light kept flickering and there were some ants. But all in all, it was still a good stay. AC worked well and they provided bottled water. If you want a better room, book the Family room on the 2nd floor! It makes a difference! The hotel is close to Dayon Kamo Food park which is a cute place with multiple food stalls. Great food, live music, love the atmosphere!

Ginto Residence is a fantastic place to stay in El Nido if you’re looking for a central location. This small property with only four rooms feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel, which adds to its charm. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and communication is easy via WhatsApp.
The amenities are thoughtful – free water, hot coffee, and tea are always available. The rooms are freshly renovated and very clean. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Corong-Corong, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you’re in an upper-floor room, the balcony provides a great view of the street below – but keep in mind, you’ll also hear the street noise quite clearly. This makes it ideal for guests who want to be in the middle of the action, but perhaps not for those seeking peace and quiet.
Breakfast is served in a local Filipino restaurant nearby and features delicious, authentic Filipino cuisine. The internet connection is excellent and very stable, which was a huge plus.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add a refrigerator in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests.
Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for its location, friendly service, and modern amenities. Four stars!

UUtente ospiteStayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport!
Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.
