Very nice people talk to them is thee key. They offer tours, scuba diving, tricycle rides, hotel transfers, island expedition, laundry services, Filipino hospitality. We never had problem just talk to them they will help you with everything.

We arrived at our hotel around 6pm, which is 4hrs past the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a complimentary arrival drink at bar, which we then had to pay for. On arrival we were informed that construction is undergoing each day, and our rooms will only be cleaned every two days. The construction started at 10am and finished after 6-7pm daily. We discovered that our tv remote didn’t work, which meant we couldn’t use the tv until next day, when it was replaced we still couldn’t use tv until third day when the wifi was stable. The staff didn’t turn on the hot water system, which wasn’t too bad as due to the heat of the day. We eventually worked out ourselves how to turn it on the next day. Sink in bathroom was wobbly, and toilet holder was loose, resulting in toilet paper constantly dropping. There was an insect growing in the shower in the tags of hot water system. On the third day, we asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels, which they did, but we didn’t receive fresh water, all water containers remained empty. Shampoo container empty entire time. The hotel does have security at night time which is reassuring. You can book tours from reception. The construction works were noisy and workers played loud music during the day. Luckily that only went on between 10am & 7pm each day. Rooms were noisy with dogs barking from neighbouring properties. On the plus side, the fridge is exceptional, it kept all our drinks icy cold. We ordered our breakfast early prior to a tour, explained that we needed it by a particular time. It took over 30 mins for breakfast to be cooked, we were late for our pick up. On checkout we were charged 400 pesos for towel hire, we didn’t realise at time of check in it’s an additional daily charge.

This hotel is new and in a great location away from the noise and chaos of the main city. The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect and safe for female solo travellers with a local newly opened shopping centre just across the road offering a variety of food outlets. Taxis also easy to come by. The price was very reasonable.

We stayed here for 4 days, wish it had been longer. We were treated like "family" by Rio, Vincent, Ecka and Hannah, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms, are very well appointed and spotlessly clean, cafe area also excellent with good food and beverage choices available. Such a welcoming environment, very highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 5☆+ Duncan & Lewis

The best part are the owners who try their best to make your stay comfortable. The worst part are the employees who will always gossip in plain sight. Room is Ok, price is OK, meal options needs improvement. Location is also accessible via tricycles. Quiet and clean.

Parfait pour séjourner à Coron town et profiter des tours dans les iles environnantes. Chambre très confortable et personnel très sympathique et agréable. Seul le petit déjeuner peut être servi et il est possible de se faire servir des boissons au bar.
