Ho finito di mangiare solo la colazione e il pesce profondo come cena. - Il personale del front office, non tutti hanno dato una sensazione di ospitalità e benvenuto. - Un programma di ricompensa non funzionante e il front office risponde solo che posso riprovarlo la prossima volta che torno in hotel. Ho anche provato a guardare cosa era o è andato storto. Anche scrivendo feedback sui 2 nel loro libro affinché il "manager" possa leggerlo - Sfortunatamente ho dovuto prenotare una notte prolungata perché non c'erano più voli disponibili per Manila. Volevano che uscissi dalla stanza e aspettassi fino alle 15:00 per entrare nell'altra stanza. - La loro regola è che puoi effettuare il check-in alle 15:00, noi siamo arrivati ​​il ​​primo giorno con un gruppo di circa 16 persone, intorno alle 11:00. Non ci era ancora permesso di andare in camera, ma alle 15:00 dovevamo andare da soli al front office per chiedere di andare in camera, e così abbiamo potuto ricevere i nostri bagagli in camera alle 15:40 . -WhatsApp che invio prima del mio arrivo non ha mai ricevuto risposta - L'ospitalità non è ancora di prim'ordine per il rapporto qualità-prezzo, è necessario apportare alcuni miglioramenti.

Spectacular, beautiful resort! Sorry I didn't have a date since this is truly a couples place. But I did enjoy the solitude, perfect beach and included snorkeling, and double bed hut right on the sand with wifi! Food is better than average for Philippines. Not sure how they even get the food here or how they could have built such a nice place on a deserted island (20 min boat ride from Basuanga airport after short van xfer). Beware there are a few thousand bats if you're in the main hotel and at dusk they kinda go nuts flying around...

Marvelous view and got to see so many wild creatures. Might feel lonely if you are traveling solo.

The resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~

Boat transfer is very unreasonable. One way from island to port is 4,500 for 20minutes.😰 That makes 9000 for two way. Too expensive. Their body wash container is not refilled. Worst is, Wifi is not convenient to us since we are also working online. Then on our last day, the water just stop maybe there is construction on-going. Fyi, the oceanview suite is very far from the reception, pool and beach. Not coming back again.

Incredible location on a small island with only this hotel on it. White beaches and crystal water make it a real paradise. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We loved the wild animals (bats and lizards) and enjoyed the “Jurassic Park” feeling of free nature experience. The pick up was super smooth and what a beautiful arrival on the boat up the river! A lot of families with kids by the pool so avoid that and enjoy the beach which is mostly empty and indeed the best part of this place.

Superb facilities and location! The service and food quality just doesn’t match on price that is being offered. Cocktails that was served to us was bad, it was just a simple Mojito. We ordered 2 entree and it was served on a very different time. We end up canceling 1 for the delay. Theres no control on birds eating your order.

This was actually my first time at Club Paradise. The sand was great very fine. It was calm going there but my boat ride going back was really wavy but that was okay. I love staying at the newly built ocean view rooms, very spacious very modern, but quite a walk especially when you’re drunk. LOL! The sunset standard villa on the other hand is very cramped, you don’t have much space to put your luggage to but at least you have a great view and closer to everything. Food is okay. Not good but not bad either. Pricey for the taste but since there’s no other restaurant on the island, nothing to compare it to. I suggest the 15min eagle point hike. Start walking at 5:30am.

超級超級滿意的兩個晚上在島上的時間好像被放慢了，我甚至覺得住了三四天～ 第一天到，因為要3:00才能入住，所以我們直接選擇了去，你非常慶幸看到了海龜看到了非常多的魚，還看到了小丑魚，後面的天氣都不是很好，所以都沒有成功，在海邊發呆，睡覺真的也非常舒服～ 整個島上的生態還是非常好的，有很多大蜥蜴，還有一些小動物寄居蟹小螃蟹什麼的，整體還是很好的！ 食物的話中規中矩，雖然個人還是感覺偏貴的哈哈哈 如果浪不大的話，島上可以玩的設施還是很多的，可以爬山可以划船，可以浮潛～大人小孩應該都會玩得很開心！ 還有最可愛的一點，從上船開始就會給你投喂小零食，在酒店也會給你喂，特別可愛～

酒店離陸地較遠，要坐船40分鐘左右才能到達。酒店所在的島上植被茂密，蝙蝠，壁虎，甚至大蜥蜴都隨處可見。早餐很一般，選擇非常少！

酒店的每個服務員都非常熱情周到。環境更是沒得説，蝙蝠和蜥蜴隨處可見，餐廳門口就能浮潛看到各色珍奇的海洋動物，體驗一流！

一島一酒店，環境很好，服務也很好！酒店有泳池餐廳！海水特別好看！還有原生態的蜥蜴和蝙蝠！房間挺大！度假首選！

絕對是物超所值的選擇。服務在線，環境絕美，白沙灘無敵。一定要選擇豪華sunset別墅，沙灘就在邊上，非常方便。我們選的時候沒有豪華sunset的選擇，衹能選了豪華sunrise別墅。島上很多小動物，出門就是蝙蝠林。島民也很和善。 缺點： 服務速度很慢，上菜很慢，菜單選擇侷限，高爾夫車時常人手不足。酒店提供的項目自由度不夠
