Uno - St Ives

酒店工作人員很熱情，在聖艾夫斯的山頂上，風景很美，可以一覽整座城市。 酒店更像民宿，可以很好的感受當地文化，但需要注意郵件裏的重要訊息，check in略有不便。

We stayed in the Stargazer room. This was a sensational room with amazing views. The room was modern and beautifully laid out with fun features such as electronic blinds, fold down and up TV, multiple skylights across the ceiling and walls and lounge and chairs to enjoy the view. It included very generous kitchen facilities and ensuite was lovely with the largest rain shower head we’d seen. We would highly recommend Uno to anyone. It might cost a bit more than the average accommodation but it’s worth it, you’ll remember the experience long after you’ve forgotten the price.

A very warm welcome from Lorena, we were earlier than expected and were able to check in. We had the master suite, and it did not disappoint. The view from the floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the suite were stunning. It is all open plan, Bath, shower included, only the toilet has privacy. So not for you if you are shy!! There was an additional little room which was great for storing our cases and clothes. The room was not serviced daily as we thought it would be, as it says ‘serviced’ on the booking site we used to book, but towels were replaced after two days. (We stayed for 4 nights) The fact that it was not serviced was not a problem for us, although it would have been a nice touch! Unfortunately it rained a majority of our stay, but sitting looking out across the bay, keeping dry and being comfortable made it tolerable. The walk down into town isn’t too far distance wise, but very steep, especially coming back up!! Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend if you don’t mind walking down into town and want an amazing view!

The warm, modern decor and unique design style at Uno St Ives draw your attention to different aesthetics that make for an overall cohesive interior space: whether it’s the nifty, electric sliding blackout blinds, stupendously cosy beds or even the glass walls - (at least in our room) - you certainly enjoy the illusion of brightness and spaciousness whilst being able to get a very decent night sleep at lights out. Amazing views of St Ives can be seen on a clear day. Service-wise, excellent: calls for small requests were promptly responded to and the team we found to be helpful and very friendly. Tho’ an upset stomach after eating oysters from a local restaurant and kaput car battery after leaving the premises - (both our own problems for the record!), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Uno. PS: We actually brought the card game and forgot to play it.

Beautiful apartment!! Everything you need is supplied. The views are to die for. Easy access and great parking. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely two nights at Uno in the master suite. The apartment was fantastic and the views amazing. The facilities in the apartment were of a very high standard and we had a really comfortable stay. We would really recommend Uno to others and would love to return in the future.
