Checkin was pleasant, informative and efficient. Our room was smallish at about 290 square feet, had a small window overlooking lawns but was sufficient and quiet. The restaurant served a good dinner and breakfast, and provided good service. Checkout was cheerful. Parking was plentiful.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel in terms of the room and amenities. The staff at the reception seemed a bit uncaring this time round (which is the first time we have experienced that - everyone can have a bad day.) The restaurant was clearly understaffed for that particular evening, even though they were aware of a large group booking, so the wait for dinner was quite long. The food was good when it arrived and the staff that were there were very good.

Pros - The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and available quite late. Our room had a second door inside to alleviate any possible hall noise. Slight Cons - The temperature mechanism was fairly loud and the TV only had one available channel. I called the main desk and he told me how to reset it but to no avail; still only one channel. Thanks.

Everthing and more you could expect from a high end establishment. Pride of ownership is evident. Top notch in every corner from the time you enter. Attention to detail making you welcome and comfortable. Rooms super comfortable and breakfast a welcome treat.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights for a wedding nearby. The staff was friendly and the bed was reasonably comfortable, but the room was quite worn - wallpaper peeling at edges all over. The climate control unit in the room was quite noisy. The included hot breakfast buffet was pretty good and the bar area had comfortable high back chairs to enjoy an evening drink.

The finest Best Western Hotel we have stayed in. The service was friendly and professional. The Restaurant was excellent for dinner and the breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking and close to the 401. The perfect place to stop when returning from the east coast.

This is a reliably clean and comfortable place with good room amenities, a decent restaurant/bar and a generous free breakfast. The service is friendly and accommodating. The decor is traditional and cosy. We stay often and have never had a bad experience.

Hotel is just off Highway 401, great location. Rooms are neat, clean, quiet. Bed is very comfortable, slept like a baby. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Ptices was very reasonable. Desk clerk made a map showing which highways to avoid around Montreal. Map saved me 2 hours of waiting in bad traffic. Many thanks for that. Will stay here again

Stayed here overnight on the way further into the large Province of Ontario after travelling from the East Coast. Perfect location for a stop after entering into the Province from Quebec. We didn't have a reservation but were served quickly. Rooms were nice and large with comfy beds and lots of seating area. The attached restaurant had a nice menu with tasty meals. A large parking lot for our work vehicle as well.
