Fantastic stay! Clean hotel, lots to do, employees were great and so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Quiet, beautiful place and a perfect designn for conferences, workshops activities, team building, etc.

It is a very confusing layout and the hallways are a literal maze. I booked a queen room and it was a double bed. It was clean, thankfully, but I would not stay here again. The front desk staff were fine but did not explain anything about amenities or no mention of breakfast options that were mentioned in the initial booking. When I called to ask if there was toothpaste available the woman seemed confused that would be an inquiry (which I feel like is a pretty normal thing). Just an all around weird situation.

The staff were very accommodating pleasant and quick to solve any little ptoblem that came along!! One suggestion would bebto invest in new telephones...ours did not work at all and wss aged with ..wellnjust old and yellow looking.Also i would suggest Stationary and a pen on thr desks inbyour rooms, The Queen Suite is a perfect setup!! A map eould be handy or better signage to go to the front desk. We got lost in the maze!! Overall i will be back andbwill recommend!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Great stay, tons of amenities. Cleanliness the only reason I docked 1 star. But everything else was fantastic

Room was nice, a bit small, not much room to move around. Bathroom was very small, apartment sized. I did not receive my complimentary bottle of wine, and was told my breakfast was not included.

We had a very loud neighbour ( and with adjoining doors is was ridiculously loud) I realise we should of called the front desk

I was told breakfast was included and there wasn’t even complimentary coffee. Was also told there was a hot tub (which was a priority when booking) and there was not. My dinner in the pub was lovely.

Front desk staff was lovely, however bar staff and wait staff in both restaurants were absolutely miserable and it showed with how they interested with everyone. Limited supplies in rooms, no body wash or soap for shower, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no cups etc.
