We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

Great stay! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room and grounds were clean. Stay is central to many attractions in Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. The only negative would be the pillows are not good. Though the bed was very nice, the pillows were not comfortable at all, bring your pillows from home if you are able. Otherwise, fantastic stay and will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxe Verde Hotel in Cottonwood. The location and its proximity to all the things we wanted to see in the Sedona area was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the best experience we had was with the entire staff.we encountered the most pleasant and helpful personnel in this hotel, from the front desk to the breakfast attendant to the cleaning staff!
An unexpected surprise was the outstanding restaurant found within our hotel. The food and service were 5 stars in our opinion!

I especially liked the number and location of electrical outlets. In todays world most of us have numerous devices that need power either to use or to recharge.

Great quiet location and the staff were kind and friendly. Comfy beds in large rooms. Our fridge was more noticeably noisy while trying to fall asleep but that is the only complaint we had. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Got lucky and had grapefruit halves that were sweet and juicy. Location was perfect for visiting Sedona and Red Rock State Park. Their historic downtown is a 5 minute drive to some local eats and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lux Verde. Our room was spacious and quiet with a sofa that we could use to watch TV or read.
Each morning we had an inviting breakfast room with an attendant who greeted us and kept the food supplied and the surfaces clean.
The Italian restaurant in the facility had good food and service. It came in handy one evening when it rained and we didn't feel like going out.

The morning that we were leaving, I was waking at 8 o’clock by somebody outside in the pool area, playing a A musical horn. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, she said, why didn’t you call me up right away and allow us to go have it stopped? She also informed me that none of the other guest had complained about it. And then she made me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t complain about it, but I would’ve thought that the place is being monitored by cameras so the person at the front desk would’ve been notified even by the people that started cleaning the rooms that that noise was going on.
