Very close to the Genève station. Could find easily even in the night. It was the first time in Geneve to catch an early flight so the location was best.

Siamo stati al bar/ristorante nel pomeriggio per un aperitivo. Sul sottomano c‘era un pelo: l‘ho fatto notare alla cameriera, lei si e‘scusata e l‘ha semplicemente tolto con le dita senza pulire ne disinfettare e ci ha appoggiato sopra le posate. Abbiamo chiesto un club sandwich vegetariano che e‘arrivato dopo ca 40‘ ed era al pollo, per cui l‘hanno riportato in cucina lasciando lì solo patatine e insalata. Abbiamo ancora aspettato quasi 20 minuti per quello giusto (che non valeva per Niente i 22 franchi)!Idem per le bevande. I nostri aperol Spritz sono arrivati quando avevamo già terminato di mangiare! Non accettabile per i prezzi che fanno! Location stupenda ma bisogna chiedersi se ne vale la pena..

Hotel ideale per un breve soggiorno di relax in riva al lago. La strada adiacente e il vicino parcheggio sotterraneo sono molto trafficati a tutte le ore del giorno. Comunque vicinissimo al centro ed alla fermata dei trasporti pubblici, utilissimi per evitare i problemi di traffico. Arredamento datato. Ristorante non soddisfacente e colazione decisamente da migliorare.

What a delightful hotel, in a great location overlooking the lake. Neuchatel is a lovely town which is compact and easily walkable, and the tram stop (Place Pury) next door to the hotel makes it extremely easy to explore further afield. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is first class. A very enjoyable stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Wheelchair room with walled in views. For a person who cannot walk, shower with a ledge and challeges person in wheelchair to transfter to shower chair. Beds comfortable, towels soft. Breakfast is the expected standard for a 5 star hotel, nothing extra-ordinary. View of the lake is memorable and makes one feel noble to have this view while having breakfast (or any meal). Mr. Tugay, front staff of 20 years, serviced us whenever he saw a need and was very attentive to how to help. We truly appreciated his sincere willingness. The unobstruced view from the retaurant and some of the lakefront rooms are superb. Unfortuanately, the hotel does not have lakefront rooms for reduced mobility clients.

This is a little old the hotel. Maybe need to update of the taste of interior design . Bad quality pop art and sculptures . One thing can not accept is the very bad smell from the bath room all over the room. Smell so strong and disgusting. When you called them about this problem, they didn’t come to check. Last , the quality of the pillows are too flat, this is my first time having bad pillows in 5 stars hotels. They can try themself on to know how not comfortable is the pillow!

The customer service the attention to detail and going beyond for their guest is incredible. Marisa at the front desk is a 10 star if I could give it to her! Definitely coming back to this hotel for the quality of service in all the levels. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Attitude from teams and service to improve. Not at the level of a 5 star hotel to expect and available in other Beau Rivage hôtels. Opening the full terrace and not 1/3 of it during good weather is a must and should not be optional as people are waiting for a seat and To resume: not worth the awaiting for the quality of the service and moment lived.

Super location near the lake with lake stunning lake wiew and alps if weather plays along. 2 minutes from cozy Neuchatel city centre by foot underpass. Very attentive and friendly staff, fine cuisine. Wine list could be a bit wider for my taste but it's ok. We'll come again! Merci beaucoup nous reviendrons.
