Main Level The main floor features a cozy master suite with a king-size Sleep Number bed and private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, office space, sitting nook, and living room with a TV—perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day on the water. Main Level Outdoor Access Step out from the living room to the spacious deck, where you’ll find beautiful lake views, plenty of seating, and a propane grill. Start your day with coffee at sunrise or share wine with friends and family at sunset. Just steps from the deck, the sandy beach awaits with 4 loungers, two docks, a swim raft with seats and slide, a boat lift, a jet ski lift, and a lakeside fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. Second Level Upstairs offers four bedrooms—three with queen beds and one bunk room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds). The bunk room is stocked with toys, books, and DVDs to keep kids entertained. A spacious full bath with tub/shower and heat lamp serves this level. Every bedroom has a TV with Amazon Firestick streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu). An upstairs living room with an electric fireplace and TV opens to a private deck, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunrise views over the lake. Bonus Game Room The heated garage has been transformed into an entertainment haven—featuring a living area with TV, half bath, laundry, full kitchen, Pac-Man arcade, ping pong, darts, foosball, bean bags, and dining table for games or snacks. Lake & Yard Fun In the outdoor shed, you’ll find 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, a lily pad, adult and youth life jackets, floaties, pool noodles, sand toys, plus lawn games like giant Jenga, slam ball, and bean bags. Board games are also available for indoor fun.
